Love Bahn Mi and live nearby so when this hole in the wall opened up I was excited to go.
Showed up at 5:01 and ordered two Bahn Mi. I was told, “10-15” minutes. After 20 minutes I went back inside and kinda gave them that look of, “hey… still waiting here…”. I was not acknowledged.
Went back outside. They didnt start making the sandwiches until 5:34… got the sandwiches at 5:41pm. (I was texting so I have the timestamps.)
No apology for the delay, and they didnt even seem that busy. (Two people ahead of me in 40 min).
I would not have ordered if they were honest about the wait, and I would have asked for a refund at the 20 min mark had they been upfront then, too.
For a take out ONLY place… this is not good, and not good service.
The Bahn Mi was fine. Nothing special. $32 and 40 minute wait for two sandwiches is some bs.
Place is ofc a bit sketch vibe too. Overall… frustrating experience. I wont be going back.

The customer service here is great. The owner is very friendly and open to the customer. Food was great and flavorful. The food will literally will have you speechless with how good fresh and delicious it is.
