We were served by Mary who was chatty and humorous, among other amazing restaunt staff today. Everything tasted fresh, and home made. This is an insanely unique restaunt. The teas are geared twords healing, and the selection is huge. Ordered almost everything without seafood, and wasnt disapointed at all. The beef buns were our fav of the night. Also loved the chicken dumplings, and chicken buns, and the wonton soup. We recommend the PMS tea, and the classic brown sugar milk tea.

Without a doubt my absolute favorite place in Colorado Springs. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about her business. The food is amazing. Xiao Long Bao, BBQ pork Chasu, Taro sweet buns, and the list goes on. I’ve yet to have something I disliked. The tea selection is vast and rotating and you can take some home with you. The best part about this place is its affordability. She has never gone up on prices and if I won the lottery I was straight up give this woman half a million. I catch up with friends here, I bring first dates here, I treat family to birthday lunches. It’s always the occasion. And then there’s also boba connected to it, because madam is a perfectionist.

My friend brought me for my first time because they love it. We didn’t have reservations but they sat us down and a few others that walked in. I didn’t know what to do and they didn’t really instruct me on what to do as a first timer, but they did quickly stop me from sitting down and my friend told me to get a tea and told where I could find some fruity teas. My food arrived as I sat down since my friend ordered my food before I got there. I got a noodle bowl (which was delicious but reminded me of a Mexican soup), chicken dumplings, and some pork buns. It was all really good. I think they did a “tea ceremony” or at least she talked a lot about how they make the caffeinated/ decaffeinated teas and I learned about the raspberry tea leaves that they use as a sweetner. Overall the tea and food was great, but then they rushed us to finish and leave because reservations had arrived, which I found to be very rude. Then to pay, someone jumped in line to pay behind the cashier and the cashier took them first and then asked my friend to put back their tea jar back where she found it (somewhat nicely at least), but didn’t ask the customer before us that also ordered to put it back. I did ask about why she had her do it and she said sometimes she remembers to ask so her table doesn’t get cluttered when it’s busy. Yes, it’s nice to do and help but also not really the customers job to clean up for you. Rough start, great middle and atmosphere, very rough ending. Again the food and tea was really good, so I see why they are busy. I didn’t count how many tables they had but I would guess 7 or 8? I guess they treat reservations better, so be sure to make one.

I would say this place is more like 3.5 than 4. Our kids stopped by to get bubble tea and told us about their dim sum. Even though we can get it in Atlanta, we decided to stop by. We did not realize the tea ceremony was part of the experience. We were told that by one of the servers who somewhat made it sound like we should’ve known it. Basically, about $30 of your bill will be from the teas and if you’re ok with that, go ahead. We ordered 5 dishes, and they were all pretty good. 3 teas we selected were also good. The main lady who made the tea for us suddenly disappeared and never came back so we were left wondering for a while. I guess she figured I should know how to do this because I’m Asian? Other than the service, it was a decent experience. They have a huge selection of teas so if you’re into it, I’m sure you’ll enjoy more.

This was my first tea house experience and I enjoyed it. There is a huge variety of teas to select from and the Dim Sum was delicious. Great place to take friends or family to catch up and enjoy some excellent teas!

The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable as they shared the history behind the teas, their health benefits, cultural significance, and even the purpose of the different teapots. Everyone was so helpful!
The other customers were also friendly and even recommended their favorite teas, which made the experience feel communal and open. They also offered cold tea samples along with recipes, and every one of them was absolutely delicious.

We absolutely loved our experience here! The tea was amazing, and the food was just as impressive. We tried the chocolate mint, Hawaiian punch, and cinnamon chai teas, each one was delicious in its own way. We sampled a variety of food items, and while everything was great, my personal favorites were the family recipe summer rolls, chicken dumplings, and juicy chicken buns.
The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the seating setup is really unique. We especially enjoyed the tea ceremony, our host was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about the teas and how to serve them properly. My husband loved it so much he’s already talking about coming back tomorrow!

Ordering is a bit hectic and confusing but once you get a table, the experience is awesome. Incredible tea selection and the dim sum is delicious. Fast service and great prices!

Great for tea, not for food. The food is obviously frozen. I’m not sure where they are getting it from, but it’s not good at all. Buns/dough are hard and dry, there was corn in my chicken dumpling (weird), filling to dough ratio was way off. Small portions. I can buy better dumplings and bao at trader Joe’s.
The tea is lovely and there is a huge selection. The staff is very knowledgeable about the tea, but our girl was just going through the motions with the ceremony.. Rushing through it, speaking very robotically and never once looked at us (no eye contact). She kept looking off in the distance as she recited the script.
The tables and decor are cute.
I wish you could order and pay from the table instead of ordering from the counter (which causes waiting in a long line at times).
We went early on a weekday, no wait. But make reservations if you go during peak times.
Overall a good experience and great if you love tea. I will not order food again.
