Absolutely fantastic eats every time I go.
Warm welcome and smiles at the door, wonderful atmosphere and very nice decor inside. If it’s cold out the fire will be going!

The place is well put together but it confuses me if any culture or architecture is represented; including the name and the menu. But the food on its own merits are well put together as well and very tasty. Just enjoy the food and the surrounding and ignore some ” noise u hear about the history and origin of the place” 🙂 I love the variety of yerba matte concoctions and their home made soups which seems to be their forte and unique offerings.

Really great food and delightful service! Loved looking at the interior decorations and murals while we waited for our food. Wish we could’ve ordered over the phone just because I was running around doing errands all day with my toddler who was very much over being out by that point.

This place was awesome! It has a peaceful vibe, and we will definitely be back. The streamer sandwich was unlike anything I’ve ever eaten but was super delicious. Tomato basil with the fresh homemade bread was comfort food at its best. Also had the house salad with the house dressing and for desert I had the carrot cake (not overly sweet – the way I like it). We are in town for the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and this has been the best lunch spot we’ve found. Do yourself a favor and visit this whimsical eatery with amazing staff, food and beverages. They told me all the employees own the restaurant, which makes sense seeing how awesome the service was.

I love the interior and the atmosphere of this place. It reminds me of the movie Tangled. We had breakfast and lunch here and everything was delicious but particularly their waffles blew me away. Apparently they grow everything to make the waffles from scratch and they also make the maple syrup themselves. It was SOOOO GOOD. I can never eat another waffle.

Stoped by after picking the kid up from college and it was later on a Monday as most places were closed. This place nope and it was busy. No wait on the table as we entered the back door it has the Woodstock,NY vibe. Lots of fun decor to look at and they had a working open dumbwaiter. The menu is slim but has the right amount of choices. I had the Reuben of corse with a side of cinnamon bun. It was good not great. It was a different spin on a traditional sandwich. The boy reported he liked his. The staff definitely moves at their pace and sometimes it’s not a bad thing to slow it down. In short it’s a cool spot that I will go back and try the famous root beer.

Great food and the atmosphere can’t be beat. It was a cold day when we stopped and we got to sit right in front of the fireplace and have bone warming delicious soup with homemade fresh bread. Their drinks are also amazing, be sure to sample them!
