On January 27th I hit up @yellowbrickpizza for their snazzy Restaurant Week deal — and trust me, you do not want to miss this one!!!!!

For just $25, I got:
vegan antipasto salad
a 10-inch vegan Fresh Prince pizza
and a to-die-for slice of New York–style vegan cheesecake

They have so many great vegan and regular food options to satisfy everyone’s preferences. I’m able to take friends and family here for a nice night out around Columbus. I couldn’t recommend Yellow Brick Pizza more!

Very disappointed in the food, service, wait time, value, cleanliness and overall experience. Went on a Saturday late afternoon (family of 3) and noted only one other table w/ customers so thought we would get quick service. There is a lot of seating, high ceilings and a lot of natural light from the windows (about the only good things we can comment on). Right away, noticed missing buttons and holes in the fabric on the back of the booth we were sitting in. The seats were old w/ large cracks. Server came pretty quickly to take our order but seemed unfamiliar with the menu when we had questions. Noted prices were pretty high compared to other pizza places. Ours were about $20 for a 10″ pizza. Between the three of us, got two different pizzas and a meatball sub, plus a deep dish pizza and calzone to take home for later. Took almost an hour to get our food w/ no updates, apologies, or explanation from our server. Made no sense given we were one of two total tables in the whole place. We had to go to the bar the first time to get our drink refills b/c the server (who was also tending the bar w/ no customers at it) never returned. When we finally got our food, it was delivered by another person who informed us they would now be our server. Informed us our server left for the day. Very frustrated the original server never informed us he was leaving. The food was so disappointing. Both pizzas had very little toppings and the toppings stopped about 2 inches from the edge of the crust. Both pizzas had large bubbles in them. The crust was dry, hard, and flavorless. I normally love crust but didn’t eat it b/c it was so bad which left a lot of uneaten food in the box b/c there was so much crust on eat piece. The bottom of the pizzas were slightly burned w/ little black specks getting all over our plates and fingers. My pizza was supposed to have balsamic glaze on it. It was barely visible and I couldn’t taste it. I requested a side of glaze, which they forgot, so had to ask again. The meatball sub was less than average with a lot of dry hoagie type roll and very little sauce. Went to restroom and noted large areas of black type mold on the ceiling tiles from some sort of leak. If the leak was fixed, changing the tiles out would be easy as it was a drop ceiling. Unsure why you would want customers to see and/ or breathe that! When we opened our deep dish pizza at home, noted the entire bottom was black/ burned. We had high hopes based on some of the reviews we read and the space has potential. However, the entire experience was not good, felt like we wasted our money. Def. would not return or recommend.

I tried this for the first time and …last time. I have had better pizza/food for half the price. $35 for a deep dish pepperoni and it was very lackluster , no flavor, no cheese pull, soggy bottom and burnt edges. I got there to pick it up a couple minutes before it was done, and only live 6 minutes from there. I also ordered the cannoli, which is supposed to be mango cream with peach and apricot jelly, it was not, the cream had no flavor and there was no peach or apricot. Tasted a bit burnt too. I tried it and didn’t like it. I am also actually from Chicago. This is a fail. Do not recommend.

We ordered from here because we were craving Chicago style pizza, but also ordered a regular pie. Both were amazingly good. Quality ingredients and a really great sauce, and mmmm, that stone oven crust.

The service was great too. Everyone seemed to be happy to work there.

Paid $40 for a 3 topping hand tossed pizza to be delivered. Everything about this tasted canned and premade. The crust was mass produced and just tastes like flour and water, mushrooms have to be strained from a jar full of water…for that matter all of the toppings taste like they came from a can found on the bottom shelf at a discount supermarket. If Columbus have a prize for the most Midwest, bland, overpriced pizza, I would nominate them. Everyone tried a slice, everyone threw it away. Did Yellow Brick used to be better or have they always actively avoided flavor?? Would love to get our money back.

Edit for pics. Can add receipt if needed.

We went here yesterday for a quick dinner before we took our kids to a show. It was great in every way. Pizza was amazing! Love the decor so much! Very friendly! Treated our family so wonderful; even after my son spilled his water everywhere! 10/10! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Love the Tristano’s style pizza here! So delicious! Side salad and garlic knots were also a delight! Can’t wait to come back!

First time at the Rich St location, great place! We had the Chicago Style and in was amazing! Our server was also great! We really enjoyed Yellow Brick and will be back!

This used to be my favorite pizza place for a Chicago style pizza. Now I need to find a new place. I don’t know if they have a new recipe or my cook was just bad. I ordered Chicago style with chicken, mushrooms, banana peppers and red onions. It had absolutely no chicken but it did have a weird layer that I couldn’t figure out. I poked thru it to make sure I wasn’t overlooking chicken. This pizza is not cheap and I bragged to a friend and we were both disappointed. We both ate 1 slice each. My overly greedy son wasn’t even impressed with it. Shame on you Yellow Brick!

Really liked the opportunity to do a half and half pizza. I enjoyed the Elliott but wish there was a bit more pear. The el train was OK but needed more sauce. Great service and a nice space.

I unfortunately had to leave a 1 star review. I have never hated a pizza before and I tried 2 different kinds. They were just gross. Greasy, no flavor, and the chicken was disgusting. The server was very nice though and that’s the only good thing I can say about my visit. Music was also terrible. I won’t be returning.
