I would only come here for takeout banh mi and only if you happen to be in the area. As someone who frequents Vietnamese restaurants I found it to be pretty standard food with subpar everything else. It’s no frills and slightly dirty.
Ordered a pho and a special soup. The prices were reasonable when compared to other places but factoring in other things such as cleanliness, services, water I don’t see this providing much value.
The pho was slightly better than average. The noodles weren’t rinsed which added a starchiness to the broth. The broth was good. The special soup had a mix of egg noodles and rice noodles, Roasted pork and shrimp. The broth with liberal amount of roasted scallions had a sweetness to it. The accompanying lettuce for the soup were largely old and wilted.
Order at the counter, find a dirty table. Chase down some napkins to wipe it down. Food comes out quick.

Pho is as good as other pho stores with higher price if not better. Order and pay before eating like fast food places, and they are fast in service- it took 9 minutes from the time we park to the time food ready to eat. The interior decor is simple but fairly clean. The vegetable market back end facing the front door next is a bit cluttered.

Shout out to Mike Chen for referencing this place. The Banh Mi sandwich is probably my favorite sandwich of choice, next to the Philly Cheesesteak. There’s some parking outside of the restaurant. There seemed to be a lot of to go orders. I ended up ordering a grilled pork BBQ Banh Mi. It was so good!! The meat seemed to be marinated well, and the flavor was on point. The bread was fresh and had a nice crunch with it. The jalapeños were optional, but I had those too. That added a good amount of spice to the sandwich which was a nice touch and made the sandwich even better for me. Everything tasted fresh. The spring rolls were nice too, I asked for the marinated beef in them, and they did it. The service was nice! It’s a great value here, too! The location isn’t the fanciest. Definitely recommend the Banh Mi, but from the other reviews, it looks like I missed out on the Pho!

A very good experience. Beware of the jalapeños that are sometimes mild or sometimes lava hot! Both the pork and tofu bahn mi sandwiches are delicious, on fresh baked bread. $7 per sandwich seems like a great deal.

I truly and deeply love Yeh Yeh’s Sandwiches. This is exactly the kind of business I want to continuously give my money to. Non-hyperbolically the best banh mi and fresh spring rolls around. My favorite is the beef banh mi. I used to work at Edmonds College, right nearby, and would regularly buzz over to get a sandwich on my lunch break. I’ve gotten pho here a couple of times, and it was good, kind of peppery but not bad. But the banh mi is really the star of the show. Love the atmosphere–it’s simply a chill place to get a quick bite, no frills. It’s awesome that the Asian market is right across the way. I have memories of my grandma going to Yeh Yeh’s to get some sandwiches after we finished grocery shopping. I’ve also done large catered orders from them of 50+ sanwiches and spring rolls and it is always so easy working with them. I tried to pay pull price, but they insisted on giving me a small discount for the large orders and brought the food out to my car. One thing which is not really in their control is that the parking lot can be slightly treacherous, but if you’re paying attention you’ll be fine. Thank you Yeh Yeh’s Sandwiches I hope you stay in business forever and ever <3

Best Pho I’ve ever had.
Quick service, fresh food. Dining area is as basic as it gets and they’re so busy it seems they struggle with keeping the tables clear. The place is messy (boxes, produce, disorganized restaurant related stuff sitting around everywhere), but doesn’t necessarily appear dirty or suspicious. The restroom has exposed (non food) storage stuff in it. What is visible seems not gross, but also not especially clean.
I did struggle with consuming the Pho because usually I twirl the noodles into a bite sized roll using my chopsticks but the chopsticks provided were melamine and too slippery to hold the noodles effectively. They also only have basic small spoons, not even soup spoons which doesn’t hold enough broth. I spilled/dribbled more broth than made it to my mouth so I ended up sipping it from the bowl which doesn’t hurt my feelings.
The Philly cheese steak bahn mi is delightful. So flavorful and the bread is so very crusty and soft. It’s great to dip in the broth. Upon several subsequent return visits I’ve taken to skipping the full-on Pho and ordering the basic broth which comes with seasoning, onion and a few herbs. It’s so delicious!
The rolls are also freshly made, crispy, not too greasy, and delicious!
The boba and milk tea is so good, with a few basic options that are standard and perfectly crafted.

Delicious, savory banh mi’s with HUGE portions in a humble setting. The beef banh mi here is LIFE-CHANGING! I ordered extra meat, and they did not skimp—the beef was incredibly tender, and the crisp pickled veggies and crunchy jalapeños balanced it all out perfectly. Yeh Yeh’s has the fluffiest, most tender bread I’ve ever tried—every bite is a symphony of crackles! The pâté was buttery, umami-packed, and added a creamy richness to the sandwich.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was a bit too strong and bitter for my taste, but honestly, the sandwiches are the real star of the show. The portion sizes are insane—each banh mi is only $8–$15 and could keep you full all day.
