Wow! This place was amazing. It’s a small spot, just one lady taking orders and serving food in the front. Came here on the winter solstice for dumplings but all the food was so great.
First, we ordered tea which warmed up real good. Then the dumplings came, one pork one beef. The beef dumplings had a tang and the filling came out after biting into it. The pork dumplings were super savory and the filling stayed inside.
Next, a spicy noodle bowl with minced meat and peanuts. Pork belly over bokchoy and chives. Crispy fried chicken with spicy peppers. Everything was spectacular and served quickly.
This spot is a gem, it’s right around a few other Chinese spots too. If you find yourself between Ypsi and Ann Arbor come check this place out.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The food was delicious, generously portioned and for a good price. The soups are one size and large sized. The combo entrees come with your choice of entree, egg roll and fried rice. I ended up taking half of everything home there was so much food! The chairs are comfortable, there is a nice high ceiling and it is well lit. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your service!

Eat here for the most delicious dumplings! The portions here are great for the price – we ended up ordering egg drop soup (huge portion for only $6 – I’ll be eating my leftovers for ages!) and 18 of the pork and chive dumplings. You can ask for the dumplings fried or steamed, and we ended up enjoying the fried dumplings – perfect with crispy edges. We’ll definitely be coming back. Note that prices have changed as compared to previous reviews/photos of the menu – I’m adding photos of the menu that I took while dining in on 10/5/25.

The food here is absolutely amazing; hands down the BEST Asian cuisine in this area. Ive been here several times and have not been disappointed. Their dumplings are delicious. General Tso’s sweet & sour, and almond chicken are just incredibly flavorful. I really like their Chinese vegetable soup, but their wonton and egg drop soup are also great. So many choices, and each dish perfection. This is my only stop for Chinese food. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into your creations.

The food for the price was good. The dumplings are good but are best paired with chilly oil and soy sauce. The service was a bit slow but nothing to complain about. It’s difficult to compete with other great restaurants in the area but the food wasn’t bad.

Today, we ordered Fish in Hot Chilli Broth, Stir Fried String Beans, Shrimp Fried Rice and Fish & Chives Steamed Dumplings. Every one of the dishes was tasty, flavorful and well made. The fish in hot chilli broth was my favorite – with the right mix of spice and Szechuan peppers for that tingly feeling on your tongue. The beans had a terrific smoky flavor with just the right amount of salt & garlic. The dumplings were hot and nicely steamed – even the chilli oil was flavorful! The fried rice was also very good!!

If you’re just doing takeout you’re probably fine, but dine in is very subpar.
I’ve been here twice. The first time I thought was a fluke, place wasn’t clean, everything was sticky to the touch, etc, food wasn’t great either. Their dumplings are about half the weight of dumplings you expect to find. You could get better tasting dumplings at the Asian supermarket 5 minutes away at 1/3rd the price, and they’re not even that great either.
Second time coming here I decided to try something other than the dumplings and was even more disappointed, not only by the food but by the slow and quite frankly poor service as well, despite being one of the only two active tables.
They don’t seem to be cleaning often if at all, as there are still messes from hours prior left on the tables. And the food was not good either. Lacked any and all flavor in my noodles.

This is one of our favorite date night spots! The dining room renovations last year really elevated the space, and it is always clean and quiet, great for conversation. The food is delicious— our favorites are the garlic green beans (amazing!) and any dumplings, but we truly haven’t had a bad dish. The waiters are always kind and friendly (and they have very kindly given us free side dishes to try on slower nights!). Highly recommend!

Returned to the restaurant with my husband. We both enjoyed the beef brisket noodle soup and 15 Triple Delight Dumplings. The brisket could be more tender but still chewable, the soup had a nice cinnamon and star anise subtlety not overbearing but with an overall clean, clear and not greasy taste. Our Triple Delight dumplings were filled with chock-full of meat and shrimp mix. Will return again for some of my favourite dishes that I used to order with the previous owners. The new owners are a young husband and wife team so service can be a bit slow.
