Stopped in for a quick bite on a Friday night. The food was pretty good and the prices were great. I enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the Halloween decorations.

10/10 would recommend ! This place had amazing service and the food was equally good. I ordered a grill cheese with chili and my husband a fish sandwich with potatoes & slaw. (he got French sides on the side which he completely devoured!) The grill cheese on Texas toast was warmed and tasted delicious. The chili was extremely flavorful and absolutely delicious. It tasted homemade and Kendra, the bartender was super nice and attentive.
If your a dessert person the peanut butter pie tasted like a delicious cheesecake with a hint of peanut butter. The peanut butter was very subtle and not overwhelming, I would 200% recommend! The drinks were not watered down and the service was fast and polite.
The bathroom and overall establishment is clean and comfortable. Check this place out!

I love this bar. I’ve visited for years, since I moved to the area. It’s a quick lunch spot and a great place for late night refreshments. And the soups!!!! The patio was a beautiful addition that I have really enjoyed the past few summers. This year’s addition of palms and tiki umbrellas has created an even more relaxing environment. All of the employees are incredibly friendly and quickly get to know you. It’s welcoming. Also, I feel safe going here alone. The owners are generous in supporting their local community and neighbors. They have helped me on multiple occasions host fundraisers for various charities I am involved with or they have made donations. Truly a locally owned small business/gem of Dunbar that you should try. If you’re new to the area, you just might make new friends. If you’re stopping through, you’ll be welcomed. I almost forgot, this is my favorite place to feel the holiday spirit. Halloween is an event and Christmas is a popup bar/holiday vibe. Seriously, the inside is covered in Christmas lights. Multicolored. You’ll love it.

Stopped in here for a late lunch. We sat on the deck which was nice to be outside enjoying the weather but super noisy with the highway right next to the restaurant. The waitress was super nice and attentive. She was the only server there at the time taking care of those who were at the bar, inside the restaurant and on the deck. The menu isn’t huge but had choices for just about anyone. The portion sizes of the meals are a little less than average. Everything tasted very good though. The restaurant has some really awesome decorations for Halloween out right now.

Although I’m sure the owners wouldn’t call this place a “dive” bar but to me it is perfect for a dive bar. This was my go to dive bar spot for many years before moving. I only ate here a couple times but the food is affordable and very good. They always have the same beers and two of them is fat tire and Yeungling black and tan, beers you can’t just get anywhere. The outdoor patio is relatively new but can be really loud with it being right on the 119. The service is excellent most of the time. I found the beers pricier than they should be ($6?). The atmosphere is very dated but I think that’s what makes this place so unique especially to the locals. I’m going to miss coming here.

Our favorite local eatery, by far! The service and food is ALWAYS amazing. The owners go out of their way to speak to each patron as if they are friends. They always remember who we are and make us feel comfortable! Family friendly- our little guy loves going along. Prices are awesome and they have the best wings in fayette county. We love Ye Olde Inn and will continue to recommend to everyone that asks ☺️
