My husband picked up some donuts today. I love how they fill their jelly but the glazed cruellers were burnt. Donuts should not be sold if they are burnt. My first and hopefully my last time eating a burnt donut. We will try other bakeries in town for donuts in the future.

So, we forgot a major event that we typically do within the community and I needed to order 44 dozen donuts for the next day. My poor planning made it so that I had to piece together all these donuts and I called this bakery right before they closed to see if they could help. They agreed to make me 15 dozen donuts and I cannot begin to express how outstanding the customer service was regarding my insane request. Ye Old donuts. Everytime I buy donuts here they taste a day old. Caked donuts are hard as a rock. In my opinion donuts should be made early morning fresh everyday. I guess Knightstown doesn’t create enough donuts sales to warrant that.
