One day I came in around 6:40 and I saw the lobby was closed and then I tried the drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of me at the time, but when I went to order with 3 attempts the person told me they didn’t have this, didn’t have that, and then the 3rd time he told me they couldn’t help me and that they close in an hour even though their sign said they closed at 8:00. With all do respect as excellent as the food was a while back when I came after this experience I will more than likely not return again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Placed an online order. Arrived to pick it up. We ordered 2 white meat only 2 pc meals. Got to the window to pick it up and was told they didn’t have any white meat. I asked for dark meat. No dark meat. It was 6:40 pm. They were open until 8 pm. I asked if they would have more before they closed. No, more chicken tonight. I was given 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup at no charge. I think I should have been contacted and told about the chicken issue, before making the trip there.

YaYa’s is so good to me, I love their chicken! I’ve been eating here for years, and glad they are still around! I use to attend Mott Community College, and on breaks would always run and get some YaYa’s! Their chicken caesar salad is always my go to, and you have to try the pita bread and order their honey butter. Order an extra caesar dressing too, because one isn’t enough!

Not the YaYas I remember. The chicken is now jerky..dry and blackened – dipping it in the gravy only added slight moisture. The pita and hunny butter was still good – but had to ask for the butter as they forgot it. If you crave YaYas chicken – go somewhere else.

I used to always get cold shredded chicken salads and now they have switched the portion size to a small black container that looks like it’s a portion for a child and a little small scoop of chicken in there with wilted lettuce. It’s really funny how I’m not the only person that has left a bad review about this in the last couple months. It’s definitely not what it used to be and the salads got three times smaller but price definitely didn’t go down

Bought a chicken Ceasar wrap with extra chicken, not only did the cashier have an attitude but when asked if she added my extra chicken she lied and said “yes”. Got my wrap and it was a handful (child size) of chicken. Where the hell did my 18$ chicken wrap go??? What did I pay for? I used to love yayas but this is just the straw that broke the camels back. Will never shop there again. Sad bc the chicken do be really good when served right!

Just purchased two chicken caesars salads and paid extra for double meat over 30.00. Is this inflation on what double meat is now? Beware to all ya-ya customers don’t purchase a salad they are overpriced and don’t pay extra for double meat.

Food is delicious but customer service was horrible. The woman who took my order was constantly on her phone and not paying attention while doing her job as a cashier. I cant get serviced because they’re in the back having personal conversations,giggling and laughing.
