I was immediately drawn to one of my favorite dishes, lasagna. I asked our very knowledgeable and attentive waiter for his opinion, he agreed it was an excellent choice. It was a large serving, actually very good, however, in my own opinion, the sauce lacks a bit of flavor. Our group was pleased with their choices for entrees. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and would try other choices next time.
The prices were a bit higher than many other local choices, but the venue, quality of service and food were worth the price. It’s a collared shirt and slacks atmosphere, very popular restaurant.
I also recommend the calamari appetizer, it was very good.

Love YaYa’s! Always come where when we stroll through town. Their brick oven pizzas are the best in Wichita. And their bar/wine selections are really fantastic. Melissa is amazing and her wine knowledge is exceptional! Thank y’all for a great dining experience!

It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but after eating there again I remembered why I didn’t care for it much. The food is very bland, not much flavor or depth – I got the Bolognese and my husband got the salmon. Both were boring. I think they don’t season it before or during cooking so there’s not any flavor to it.
I will say that since it was my birthday they gave us a slice of chocolate cheesecake which we good. The atmosphere was nice, relaxing – what you would expect at a little bit finer dining experience.

First time at Yaya’s and my boyfriend and I loved it. We ordered the hummus plate to start with wonderful fresh veggies and pita. He ordered the 10oz steak and I got the 1/2 roast chicken. Everything was cooked beautifully and the service was fast. We finished everything off with the chocolate soufflé. What a wonderful way to bring in the New Year! Thank you.

The vibe was awesome, and the service was top-notch. We had the shrimp ceviche, and the way they presented it was a total surprise, but it tasted amazing. The rainbow trout was also great. Oh, and we had the red sangria, which is the best in town, if you ask me.

Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Hand breaded with housemate pickles on the side. Fries were excellent and the atmosphere at Yaya’s is top notch for Wichita.

Absolutely an amazing place for dinner. The staff was extremely polite and thorough, and suggested some excellent options. The shrimp and scallop risotto was absolutely on point, and the Brussel Sprouts were perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Great food overall, don’t think we’ve ever been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered. Their Sunday brunch buffet (10-2) is probably the best buffet I’ve ever eaten at. Great spread, but topped by prime rib and an incredible dessert selection (highly recommend the Cannoli and Crème brûlée)!

The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated and the server Amanda was quick, friendly, and attentive. The menu is not complicated and there quite a few interesting choices. The house bread was good. I was so excited for the Bruschetta that I forgot to take a picture before we ate it all. The flavor was perfect considering how simple an appetizer it is. Our meals arrived well after those of other couples who ordered after us. There were some large groups in attendance as well. My wife had the lasagna and I had the special which was seared grouper on a bed of risotto in a fondue sauce topped with small lobster pieces, a corn salsa, and some asparagus. The lasagna was alright but nothing special. I was originally going to order the lamb but the grouper special sounded interesting so I went with that. Of the grouper meal, the risotto had the most flavor to offer. The grouper itself was cooked well but lacked any real flavor. When I say small pieces of lobster. I mean they were so small as it was hard to tell them apart from the chopped up bell pepper in the salsa and you couldn’t really taste it. The asparagus didn’t really do anything for the meal. For dessert my wife had the crème brûlée and I had the goat cheese cake. Major kudos for making something with strawberry and rhubarb together that I liked (a first for me). Both were delicious and we would eat those anytime. We would eat here again but would both pick different entrees considering the overall price. 4 stars for the appetizer and dessert alone!
