Service (Jordan): 5 stars! She was great, personable and helpful. Hostess was not friendly. Managers/Owners never came to the table.
It was their lunch debut and as a fairly new spot, I expected a manager to check in or give a smile as they walked by – never happened.
Buffalo dip appetizer has potential; came with a dispenser of a red vinegar sauce to “spice up” the dip. It wasn’t hot. Just made the whole app cold.
The club was good, sweet potato fries are amazing.
Prime rib was below average. The bread it came on was rock hard, had to gnaw to get a bite through.
I expected a brewhouse to have a solid list of beer selections… they had 4.
Hopefully they get their outdoor permit soon because it was a bummer not being able to enjoy their patio.
Overall, the ambiance is great, the staff is good, but the food and owners need improvements. Seems like they’re already comfortable and confident and have stopped trying with the basics as business owners.

Amazing new local spot for great food and drinks in Cumming! The ambience and decor is really gorgeous, the food was awesome, and the team (Wendy was our waitress) were really attentive and helpful. We had the steak frites and shaved rib sandwich (with a scrumptious sesame roll which is an unexpected treat) which were both delicious. I also really liked how the side salad wasn’t a throwaway option but actually had some proper greenery and well placed herbs to spice it up. We also really enjoyed their Garden Gimlet and Smoked Peach Sour cocktails which both were perfectly balanced with lovely complex flavours.

This restaurant is exactly what Cumming needed! Beautifully designed and well thought out. The service was great and the food/drinks were even better!

Our family was excited to come out for opening night and we couldn’t have been more impressed. It was worth the wait! We can’t wait to enjoy the outdoor seating once the warm weather hits.

Cocktails were great and beautifully crafted. Our favorite was the margarita with tajin. We’ll definitely bring friends for drinks and apps. The food was spectacular – each dish we ordered was better than the last. We particularly loved the crispy brussel sprouts and the French fries! Everything tasted fresh and cooked to order.

Opening night was busy but we came in expecting that – they were even courteous enough to let patrons know. Each staff member we encountered was very friendly. We deeply appreciate the hard work that’s been put into this business and will be coming back for more!

I was excited to go here for the first time as we live in the area. From the start, it was a little bit confusing because we were unable to sit on the patio and be served due to permitting. We had to order our food at the host stand and then wait upwards of 20 minutes at the bar to get drinks. Bartenders weren’t super welcoming or even shared with us that there were other beers on their menu… The lovely couple sitting at the bar shared that info with us.

Since we had placed the order our food order at the host stand we also shared our phone number. We were told we would get a text when it was ready. 30 minutes later still no text went to check at the host stand if our food was ready and it was sitting behind the stand with cold food that was once hot in the bag.

I had ordered the pickles and cheese board and upon opening the to go box out on the patio I was surprised to only see one sliver of a pickle. This was surprising due to it being a pickles with a plural S board. Fiancé loved the burger and was really impressed by the fries, even though they were cold.

Totally understand that the restaurant is working out the kinks as it is just opened and totally normal issues, but certainly had higher hopes. Will be back due to the atmosphere and the food… With hopefully more pickles next time!

nice facility and lots of potential for the future. Took us 40 minutes to get drinks as others around us were on their second or third with appetizers. They apparently didn’t know how to make a long island ice tea. The other issue was more on principle than cost but I was upcharged and extra $1 for an item when the menu it stated $2. Our host simply said that he would let “Them know”. I guess the drinks they comped for the long wait they felt was sufficient. the food was pretty good. I will chalk things up to first week bugs and will probably try them out one more time to see if this is somewhere I can put into my routine.. too early to say, for now.

Very cool new brewery and restaurant in the Cumming area. Very busy but staff was great and very accommodating and enjoyed a cold beer while we waited. Atmosphere is great and we enjoyed the server very much. Brussels sprouts and pork belly were delicious and tried the Asian chicken sandwich which was quite tasty. We will be back and also recommending to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Wow! We went to YAVA with four friends and had a great time! Drinks, appetizers, and dinner was awesome. The restaurant looks amazing. Comfy seats and relaxed environment. It was too cold to go out on the patio but it looks amazing! So glad that you’re in the neighborhood!

First off the atmosphere is incredible inside and out. It has amazing vibes and energy throughout the restaurant. No detail was missed!

The food is top notch. Everything we have had has been packed full of favor and can taste the fire grill it’s cooked on. You can’t go wrong with what you select to eat.

The beer is fantastic and the cocktails are well thought out and prepared. Even the ice is amazing!

What really makes this place great is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to spark a conversation. They create the heartbeat of Yava!

Forsyth/Cumming…this is the new hot spot!

My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant once before and sat at the bar and enjoyed dessert, where we received amazing service from a very knowledgeable and friendly bartender. We had such a great experience that we were hoping to come back for our second visit to watch the Atlanta United game.

Because we are huge Atlanta United fans, I called to see if the game would be playing there. The most kind and hospitable woman, Mia, answered the phone and graciously took the time to check whether the match would be on.

Although the game unfortunately wasn’t being shown, Mia was incredibly warm and welcoming. She invited us to come back another time and said she looked forward to taking great care of us. She truly went above and beyond during our phone conversation, which speaks volumes about the level of hospitality.

If the service over the phone is any indication, I can only imagine how wonderful the experience will be when we visit in person again. Thank you, Mia, for such a thoughtful and welcoming interaction.
