From their wet napkin presentation at the start of your sit down meal, to their very convenient and easeful to-go ordering process. This yummy spot is perfect for a lunch date or lunch option for the office. The quality of the food is good and although very satisfying, I can’t help but to want to order another roll. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. A perfect compliment to their food options. I managed to get some quick photos of some of the items I ordered. I wasn’t able to get a photo of the yuzu toro roll, because it looked so good I instantly devoured it. And it hit all the right spots. You should definitely check this place out!

This place just opened up and they are still working out some kinks and learning to deal with the lunch rush but overall the service and food are both great!
You order on your phone if you are dining in or you can use a tablet if to-go, which is great because they accept ApplePay.
The crispy rice is about 2”x2” and thick. I ordered the jalapeño tuna and it had a subtle and nice fresh kick to it. It was topped with a good amount of tuna and the rice was not greasy.
I also ordered the salmon hand roll. All of their hand rolls seem simple in their toppings if you are expecting Americanized sushi but trust that they are still delicious and filling!
If you do want more of a sushi feel, you can dress up their hand rolls with the variety of sauces they offer. Soy, wasabi soy (shake it before hand), sweet mayo, and spicy mayo.
Others I was with ordered the udon noodles. The presentation and flavor were perfect for this cold fall day! They provide a decent amount of tempura items with the noodles and I enjoyed that they keep it on the side to prevent them from getting soggy. It was a good portion and highly recommend.
This local place had very friendly service. They were still attentive when they were busy and offered free drinks and give us a ceviche sample!
I got a hot matcha latte and it was exactly what I wanted. Very smooth and creamy.
I love supporting local and unique businesses and this is a great addition to Broad street. I wish them the best!
Recommendation for owner: Move the noodle station to the back and prepare them there to free up space by the corner. There is a bottleneck in front of the serving window since there is too much going on in a cramped area. Additionally, have dedicated person in the kitchen work on hand rolls for takeout orders there to make the front less chaotic during rushes and to have more room at the bar.

I ordered the udon noodles, a spicy salmon handroll, and a peach green tea everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth had real depth, the handroll had just the right kick, and the tea was light and refreshing. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calm and modern, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
Definitely worth checking out if you want quality food in a chill setting.

New hand roll spot on GSU campus, no wait for a table and they are having a grand opening promotion for free coffee drink with your meal. The food was great and staff was kind and friendly. They have 2 kiosks for togo orders and a bar for hand roll or dine in orders.
Only thing was the salmon was a little fishy. The prices are very reasonable and the hand rolls and drink came out quickly. The price, novelty, and closeness to GSU campus were what drew me to coming here!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was great! I got the hibiscus lemon tea, spicy salmon crispy rice, jalapeño tuna crispy rice, and spicy tonkotsu ramen. Everything was really good and came in good portions. You order online but someone will still greet you and wet your hand towel. The space was very clean and quiet which isn’t always the case in that part of the city. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending to my friends!

This place is great. They just opened so clearly working out the kinks. The to-go kiosk did not have many items that are available for sit-in, but this is a place where you want to spend 15min and eat at the counter. Prices are fair and hand rolls are really good. For management, please provide chopsticks, ginger, and soy sauce at the counter. I hope one day it would be viable for them to open for dinner as well.

Inflection point
Everything was perfect! The hand rolls were amazing and udon was so comforting. Everything was super clean, the staff were friendly, and the place had such a nice Japanese vibe. Loved it!
