The sushi here is AMAZING, the salmon zuke (salmon sashimi over sushi rice bowl) was literally out of this world and the quality and freshness of the ingredients was mind-blowing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere is classy but comfortable and inviting! So happy to have an amazing sushi restaurant open up in this area, I will be a frequent regular here from now on! The lunch special and prices are incredibly fair as well!

My friend told me about this new spot she said it was delicious, she was correct. On Fri night I enjoyed a delicious Rainbow roll appetizer plate. It was basically a rainbow roll without rice deconstructed stacked beautifully with a delicious sauce. I also enjoyed a Toostie roll. Everything was super fresh and beautifully prepared. Next time I return I will be indulging in the tasting sampler special for $28. A spoonful of each appetizer offerings. They all looked scrumptious and I had a challenging time choosing just one. The atmosphere was lovely but know it is a small restaurant so if you can place a reservation on busy nights.

The sushi I had was truly exceptional, ranking among the best I’ve ever tasted. The lunch bento box offered a reasonable price for its ample portions and the hot, delicious miso soup was a perfect complement. The service was truly remarkable, with staff exhibiting incredible kindness and attentiveness throughout. I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional food and service, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great sushi place. Nice variety on the menu. Sushi portions are good and presentation is nice. Staff is friendly and professional. Standard special rolls. Nothing really stood out there. Reasonable prices along with a happy hour and reverse happy hour menu. I plan on going back to go through the tapas menu.

Food is bland. Not sure what all the good reviews are about. I’ve eaten at alot of sushi places and this was the most uninteresting, tasteless I’ve ever had. It was fresh, that’s about it. The service was fine, the ambiance was good, but I would not recommend the food. Nothing memorable, nothing with any taste. Three of us all agreed. Even the Wasabi had no heat.

So happy there’s another good sushi and tapa place up in north scottsdale!! Fresh fish!! Very good presentation. Nice staffs, very attentive. Love all the dishes except the grilled octopus was a little too soft. The environment is also very quiet and pretty and modern. Highly recommended
