Yashima is a great example of what people might think Japanese food is, but really they’re getting a fairly bland series of dishes. The ramen is a confused stew mixing various flavors. They bring all the solid ingredients in a bowl and then pour in the broth which tells me that the ingredients aren’t the ones flavoring the broth. The other entrées and appetizers I tried were all okay, but if you’re at this resort, just stick to the buffet. It’s the best dining option of their selection.
