Even tho I love their acai unfortunately if your looking to wait 2+ hours for 1 order then suit your self. I used to order from DoorDash through them and that was so easy and fast.not sure why they don’t anymore . Now ordering through them & their delivery is not good. They completely stoped answering my messages asking the status of my order. Never got. It 2 time this happened btw

During our recent visit to a Yasai, our experience was far from satisfying, leaving us with a strong sense of disappointment. Our visit began with a seemingly straightforward process as we placed our order through a digital panel at exactly 12:53 PM, expecting a quick dine-in meal given the empty restaurant.
However, the ambiance quickly turned uncomfortable as the strong smell of bleach from ongoing cleaning filled the air, overshadowing our anticipation of a pleasant meal. Despite the absence of other patrons, which we initially thought would ensure a faster service, our order took an excessively long time to be prepared. Thirty minutes into our wait, discomfort turned into regret as we seriously contemplated leaving without our food.
When our order finally arrived—now packaged for takeout at our request—we hurriedly left the restaurant, seeking refuge in our car. Unfortunately, the disappointment followed us as we discovered that key components of our meal, specifically the yucca and coxinhas, were missing. Although my wife suggested returning to rectify the mistake, I was too frustrated to consider going back.
Ultimately, this restaurant visit was marred by poor service timing, an uncomfortable dining environment due to the cleaning chemicals, and a mistake with our order that went unresolved. This experience starkly diminished our enthusiasm for what could have been an enjoyable meal, leaving us merely relieved to leave rather than satisfied with our visit.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience. We wanted ice cream after our dinner at a nearby restaurant so we decided to stop in since it was close. It was super easy to place our order on the computerized machine. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable with couches, tables and a swing with a fun fake grass background. Our ice creams were then delivered by what my children lovingly termed “robo-kitty”. We ordered the kiddie sizes and they came overflowing with a ton of layered toppings. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. We would gladly return.

This place is absolutely extraordinary!!! It’s underestimated for its great food, ice cream and shakes etc… The people that work here are absolutely amazing and always happy when taking your order. Did I mention their food is amazing and their ice cream! I highly recommend them! And a foosball table to play!

Absolutely loved this bowl. I got it delivered from door dash so I can’t speak on service or atmosphere, but I got my order super fast. Açaí was frozen and the fruit was so fresh and plentiful. I was searching for something sweet to eat tonight and I am so glad I found this place.

My partner and I ordered the Açaí bowls and yes the bowl was good but it wasn’t worth $40. We did not get any extra toppings either, just a medium bowl with normal toppings. The prices are insane. One sandwich combo is almost $25. I will also rate the service pretty low as well because there was a large group that ordered after us and got their food before us. I’m all for supporting folks in the community but the prices for just a bowl of açaí is criminal

There was a hair in my acia bowl. I asked for another one but they gave me a refund which was ok but didn’t give me my tax back. they forgot to give me my fries had to go back. Food was good but way to expensive. Food was made way to fast to be fresh. Very overprice. Overall not worth it.
