This is the worst place I’ve ever had ice cream. It’s horrible. Almost $30 for three simple “ice creams” that are just frozen water with coloring It doesn’t even taste like ice cream. I paid for a cone and they didn’t even have any. The girl just told me she’d give it to me in a cup because they didn’t have any cones. She didn’t offer me a refund or anything for the cones I paid for that they didn’t have. A simple note saying they don’t have cones for the ice cream wouldn’t take much time, but it would take money away from people. If you pay at the machines and just press pay, be careful because they charge you a tip if you just pay and don’t check (which should be optional). Horrible, horrible place. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I hope people read these comments before going to buy something and don’t just go like I did.

I ordered 3 milkshakes through Uber Eats, and sadly, I couldn’t even drink them—they were way too sweet. On top of that, I ordered a coconut milkshake, but they added Oreo and chocolate, which makes no sense for that flavor. Those toppings weren’t supposed to be included, and they completely ruined the drink.
Honestly, I’d give this a 0 if I could. Really disappointed and definitely not worth the price.

I didn’t order here but I was picking up a doordash order myself and another driver were told to wait and we waited 15 minutes for this girl while she sat there at the computer pretending to work she was on WhatsApp and Facebook the whole time while our orders were sitting there in the fridge she could have taken a minute out of her social media time to handle these orders so not only us as Dashers but the customer could receive their food in a timely fashion but she did not

Pretty disappointed with the service at the new Broadway location. I ordered an açaí shake and waited about 35 minutes before going to the front to ask about it. The employee at the desk was sitting on the computer using WhatsApp and told me to “wait a minute.”
I came back about 10 minutes later and was told again to wait. At that point I had already been waiting close to 50 minutes for just a shake, which was really frustrating. When I asked again, I ended up requesting a refund instead. The employee seemed annoyed that I asked for one, and I didn’t receive any explanation or apology for the delay.
This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. I hope they improve their customer service.

E aí, galera! I checked out Yasai Bowl in Everett, and let me tell you, they’ve got an açaí bowl that’s so delicious, it made me forget about all those times I overpaid for parking in São Paulo. The presentation? Impeccable! It’s like they’ve got Michelangelo back there sculpting fruit. I was half expecting the Sistine Chapel on my plate.

Now, sure, it’s a bit on the pricier side. But think of it like this: It’s like buying a ticket to Brazil without the 10-hour flight. And definitely without the mosquitos.

Five stars, hands down. It’s not just an açaí bowl; it’s an experience. And to be honest, if my wallet’s going to cry, it better be for something this delicious.

That purple, sour substance they sold me for $15 today wasn’t even close to açaí. My frustration isn’t due to the quality of the açaí (which isn’t açaí), but for the courage to sell something sour to people, masking the terrible taste with chocolate, condensed milk and other toppings

This is such a low key underrated açai bowl spot in Everett. They been open for over a year and I’ve been here just twice the last month and I’m shocked I never knew it was here. The atmosphere is nice and the back drop for the grass is dope for those who enjoy pictures. The music is always good when you walk in. But besides the flow, the açai bowls are A1; using fresh fruits and not frozen ones that hurt your teeth cause I have sensitivity in my mouth. Moving forward to the açai, it’s smooth and not too cold at all. So when you get to eat it, it’s literally delightful of the fresh fruits with any of the rest of the toppings you will enjoy. And for a small bowl it’s filling all the way and enough for one person. So you cannot go wrong. Next time I’ll try their smoothies, but for now their açai bowls are my favourite.

Be careful when ordering. I had already added a tip but when the driver put in the card information, extra tip was also added even tho the tip has already been added when ordering.
