Really fantastic food! the sushi and sashimi here is super fresh and has great flavor. I got a sashimi salad and it was the perfect amount of filling for lunch. service was a bit slow around lunchtime, but everyone was really nice.

Nice cozy place in the middle of business offices, just one of the three diners in that facility or vicinity. It’s the the best of Japanese food but it is so convenient and so nice to have a place close by. The place is not as busy and makes one feel at home right away. Portions are very reasonable, so is the price range. Parking is spacious and the take major credit cards.

Such a hard-working kind family that works here. Spent years eating lunch during my work days while in Irvine. Very busy mid-day hours with Blizzard Entertainment on top of the location. They handle the rush pretty remarkably. The spicy chicken meal is more than a fair amount of quality food for the price and is ridiculously addictive. Will return any time I’m in town!

This is a solid lunch place. Just set your expectations. The amount of food you get here for a plate meal is pretty good. Even the bowls are a good size. I enjoy the value of the place. My recommendation is the spicy chicken, which is a spicy sesame based sauce. Food aside, the staff is nice and friendly and the line moves fast. I didn’t give it 5 stars as eating in is a but of a task. The waiting area vs seating is tight, so ppl waiting for takeout will take tables. I would like it if there was some policy for not taking a table if you’re waiting for takeout. Either way the food is a good value here, and I would give it a recommendation for a solid lunch spot.

Great food. Great deals. Great people. Everything made fresh (so be prepared to give them time to make it – don’t be impatient…it’s SO worth it!) And they will modify your order based on your requests. Your vegan and vegetarian friends can come with you, too. So there really is something for everyone. And, if all of that weren’t enough, it really is under $10 to get a REALLY filling meal. You will not be disappointed!
