A classy little place in East county of San Diego. Notably, the atmosphere is beautiful. (See photos). Rather attentive and friendly staff, who can also pack a hookah very well. And as a bonus, the free tea is very tasty.

Came here for the hookah stayed for the staff. Honestly I was going to Zodiak for the longest time but decided to check out YAS since I was going here when it was back when it was mynt, (way back when). When I first came Natalie was so welcoming and helpful, we sat she came up to us walked us through what sets YAS stand apart from other lounges. We were offered free tea (delish), and it even comes with sugar cubes. At first I wasn’t the biggest fan of the music. But Natalie and Zahir let us know we can provide suggestions and they will customize the music to the customer, which is great! If Natalie or Zahir are packing your hookah know it is going to be hitting smooth and flavorful. They are also so attentive, they check on coals often. If my hookah is too harsh or not hitting right they have no issue with fixing. I love how Natalie and Zahir take the time to get to know their customers. It is so refreshing, to have a business owner (Zahir) and workers that seem to care about what they do. They will take the time to talk with you when its not super busy, it seems so genuine, and honestly is the reason I keep coming back. I feel like YAS has become our little home away from home. I come here to do work so having free wifi, great hookah and hot tea is a nice end to my day. The great conversations and customer service is a plus. Keep doing what you are doing.

The place and service are good, its just the music. I respect middle eastern music but they have to understand that not everyone understands it. I suggest just playing English or some r&b music since most of us understand English. The volume of the music is also very low that makes us bored and sleepy. It just kills the vibes and makes us move to different place where the music can vibe with everyone.

I love Yas Hookah Lounge they’re service is impeccable. I don’t wait long for my hookah to be made and if I don’t like it they’ll make me a new one. They always bring complimentary tea which I love. The place is well lite and fun with music you can request to hear. Come relax and have a good time!

Yas is my favorite hookah lounge! If you want to come here and study or work or just want to have a good time this place is it! Their hookah is the best it just hits different than other places I’ve been. They always bring complimentary tea to your table.

Nice lounge great customer service clean restroom, the one thing i wasn’t ok with it is sound was loud, the owner should control the sound levels! The level was 104db should be 90db.

Really nice place to hang out. The hookah was smooth and tasty, and they had lots of flavors to pick from. The staff were friendly and helpful—they made us feel welcome. The music and lighting were just right, not too loud or too bright. It was a very chill and comfortable vibe.
