Yark Thai was absolutely AMAZING! The food was delicious and the portions were huge I couldn’t stop eating even though I was completely full! I brought some home and honestly can’t wait to be hungry again just to enjoy it all over.
My husband and I ordered the fried calamari (fresh and perfectly crispy), fried tofu, drunken noodles, red beef curry, and a side of fried rice every dish was packed with flavor and tasted so authentic. The red curry was rich and comforting, and the drunken noodles were bold and savory.
I also truly appreciated that they are halal and do not serve or cook with pork, which is important to me since I’m allergic to pork and shellfish. I mentioned my allergies, and the staff was incredibly cautious, attentive, and considerate. They took it seriously and made me feel completely safe dining there.
The service was amazing welcoming, kind, and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you love authentic Thai food with generous portions and great service, this is it! We’ll definitely be back very soon!

Yark Green in Katy Asiatown is a lovely spot with modern, cute decor. The service was very friendly and super attentive throughout the meal.
We ordered the spicy edamame, pad Thai with glass noodles (there’s a $2 upcharge for the glass noodles), and the spicy basil chicken. The portions were very generous. The spicy edamame was very tasty and had a nice kick. The pad thai was moist and delicious with great flavor. The spicy basil chicken came with a lot of veggies but was pretty good.
I’d definitely come back to try more dishes.

We tried the Thai fried dishes and the spicy Thai curry, and everything was really tasty. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and the curry had just the right amount of heat. The meal also came with a dessert, which was a nice touch and finished things off well. Overall, we enjoyed the food a lot and would definitely encourage others to visit this place.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Yark Green Restaurant is hands-down one of the BEST Thai food spots I’ve tried! Every single bite was bursting with flavor, fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. You can truly taste the love and care put into the food. The staff is so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Cozy, casual, and seriously delicious.
