Love love love. It’s so hard to find a good deli, fair prices and fresh product. Yaphank deli has yet to fail me. My BECSPK is always made just right. The cheese pull man! Coffee is hot and fresh, and I’m IN LOVE with the linzer tarts. Thank me later now that you know you should try them.

Good is always delicious with a very generous serving size. They always have something fun and seasonal on the menu. Staff is nice and the owners are right there at the front working side by side with the staff. They put a lot of love into the deli and their staff and it shows. Worth a trip past many of the other delis in the area.

⭐️ Review: Consistently Disappointing Service at Yaphank Deli
I rarely write reviews, but after multiple negative experiences, I feel customers deserve to know what to expect at this deli.
To start, they don’t even answer the phone with the name of their business. Every time I call, I have to ask, “Is this Yaphank Deli?”—which is already unprofessional. But the bigger issue is the person making the egg sandwiches clearly does not read the ticket.
Multiple times, my egg sandwich has come with cheese even though I never order cheese. The only reason I’ve continued giving them business is because the location is convenient to my workplace, and unfortunately, the county area offers very few food options.
Today was the last straw.
I called and said “Hello—this is Yaphank Deli, right?” They said yes.
I ordered again—simple, straightforward.
I received my sandwich and it had ketchup, which I did NOT order.
I had to leave my job, drive back, and pick up a new sandwich.
When I returned to work and opened it—it had cheese. Again.
I called and asked if they could please deliver the correct sandwich after two failed attempts and 25 minutes of wasted time. They said no and offered me a credit instead.
Honestly, this business is run poorly and shows very little respect or care for customers, especially those who frequent them out of necessity. Accuracy, professionalism, and basic customer service seem to be optional here.
I hope they improve, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it.
