Pleasant experience here today.
Was coming back from Santa Paula and I decided to stop for a meal. Like most people I have been driving by for years and always wanted to try it.
We ordered the Mediterranean grilled sandwich, a Tuna sandwich, and a club sandwich.
Everything was great and decent portions too! The fries were good too!
We sat outside on the patio, plenty of seating and a gentle constant breeze. We can hear the classical music in the background, it did help cover the street noise.
The only thing that was subpar today was the smell of bad plumbing in the entrance/restrooms. Otherwise 5 stars all the way

Decided to try Yanni’s on my way thru Fillmore. Got the Pastrami Reuben sandwich which was absolutely amazing, a little small for the price, but was still delicious.
My only complaint, for the love of God. DO NOT USE THEIR RESTROOM. The smell was almost unbearable. I don’t know if someone used it before me, or if it was the 7 different flavored pee cakes in the urinal. Either way avoid at all costs.
Would definitely go again.

I was told one of the best burgers sold here. Decided to try the pastrami and fried zucchini. Pastrami was good, I would rather have zucchini from Frosty King. Ranch was delicious but an extra charge. Somewhat pricey. They had the freshest baklava. Yummy!

This place used to be better… especially the fries. The burgers are great. Im not sure what happened to the quality of food here? In all fairness, we have noticed a downward trend of food quality at most restaurants lately. Even Wood Ranch has fallen hard in food quality and taste.

Honestly, I’ve driven past this place a dozen times and have never thought of stopping. We ate here with some friends and it was delicious. Not super expensive, quick service, and a very diverse menu.

I tried to give this place another chance, but again it disappointed. The hamburger bun was literally flattened. The lettuce wasn’t dried enough so the hamburger was slippery and dripping water. This same exact thing happened the last time a few years ago. The fries were ok, but that’s about it. Way over priced. I paid 20 dollars for a cheeseburger combo. I don’t understand how you can get a hamburger so terribly wrong especially when you market that you have the best charbroiled burgers in town. I also think the menu is so confusing, so many options from Mexican food to Mediterranean food. I think focusing on a quality burger would be enough.

Id rate this place a 5 if the prices on their burgers made sense. Charging 24 dollars for a drive thru burger combo is highway robbery. Good burger, but what is given is not worth 24 dollars. Go across the street to Daniels Gourmet for a great burger with fries and save your money.

I rate this place low for 1 reason. I have gone to Yanni’s thrice with Boy Scouts. The first time, I ordered a single 8oz smoothie and it toke them forty three minutes to make it. All my friends had finished eating their cheeseburgers and fries and such before I had been served, plus half of it was just ice.
The second time, and the only reason this has more than a 1 star on food, is because the next time I came I learned my lesson and ordered a cheeseburger and fries, while being starving beforehand, I couldn’t finish the last few fries because I was so full. One of the few places where I can willingly eat a burger with everything on it instead of just ketchup.
The third time, I ordered just a chocolate and vanilla milkshake, and I will be doing this again as it rivaled (but quite caught) In-N-Out’s shake and was fairly large. Other than my first impression with what I assume was an accidental mistake, 4.5 stars, would recommend (just don’t get smoothies.)

We were on the way to the beach yesterday (10/18/25) and stopped in. While there weren’t many other customers (8 besides the two of us) the staff were helpful, competent and warm toward us as we asked about the menu. The menu is having a bit of an identity crisis (is it Mediterranean, burger joint or Mexican food stand?) but we chose Mediterranean fare. We had avgolemono soup, gyro, baklava and a Greek salad. SO very flavorful! Delicious!!! Would recommend these dishes wholeheartedly. Eat them on the patio – the creeping vines and shade make it a wonderful spot to stop for food that blows a chain drive thru WAY out of the water.
