Fantastic food and wonderful service! We went the the 3 appetizer, soup & salad with dessert route. Yvette took great care of us and defined friendly and efficient service with great recommendations. We had the Mussels, which are now the best we’ve had in decades, the Kabobs, which were cooked to perfection, and the flat bread, which are a burst of vibrant flavors. For dessert we had the turtle cheesecake and bread pudding, both of which were the perfect ending to a delicious dinner.

We had a great dinner here. The key lime martini and prime rib were standouts. More than the food, I wanted to sing the praises of the staff. The restaurant was slammed with several huge parties, but all the staff hustled together to make sure everyone was taken care of. A perfect meal after a day of riding the bikes around the island.

We walked around the main drag of the island looking for somewhere to get dinner and this place had some amazing options. We had the most amazing server, Yvette. She was so personable and took great care of us. She was on top of our drinks and got us everything we needed. The food was so good. We had the Chilean bass and the mac and cheese and both were so rich with taste. We had a great time and would definitely go back next time we are on the island. Thank you Yvette for a great evening!

We were a group of 7 on the very busy final Saturday on the island. It was very busy but our waitress was very sharp and friendly with all of our variety of food and drink requests. The whitefish bites were delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and pictures are attached. We will return next June for sure during Lilacfest!

We had the loveliest dinner here while spending a few days on the island. Kevin was wonderful and Shrimpie really knows how to work his magic in the kitchen! The Walleye was amazing, that sauce is to die for. My husband loved his prime rib as well. We were so happy with our entire experience at the Yankee Rebel and look forward to visiting again in the future! 1000/10

Having a gluten allergy I’ve been here in the past because they offer GF buns for burgers and the food was always great. This was not the case at our most recent visit. My GF bun was moldy, brought it to the waiters attention and they got a new bun for me and I never heard another word of it. I wasn’t going to ask but I’m surprised they didn’t waive the up charge for the bun at least!

We had such a wonderful meal this evening, from the Arancini appetizer to the two entree’s of balsamic chicken pasta and encrusted pistachio whitefish. The food was served hot and delicious. Our server Jackie was so pleasant and we were so well attended to. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and active. Enjoyable all around!

We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best scallops I’ve had the pleasure of eating. The kitchen was even willing to prepare their mussel appetizer without the red pepper flakes so the kids could enjoy them and they were perfect. Our server, Sky, was on point and well informed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful welcoming tavern, warm comfy ambience. Excellent hearty fare. Atlantic Salmon in Balsamic glaze sone of the best I’ve ever had. Great staff. Place was full all night but never felt too crowded or loud…just happy. Nice bar, always full.
