Went to Waller to pick up some tools and stopped by here on my way out. Wasn’t expecting much, but it was decent. I’d go again for sure, good price. Fried rice needs some work, was a little dry. Really good sweet and sour chicken, green beans, and general tso chicken.

Absolutely love this place!
Yang’s Kitchen offers fresh food daily, with a great variety of ingredients and flavors. The staff is always attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their buffet is not only affordable but consistently satisfying. We’ve been dining here almost every day for lunch and have not yet been disappointed. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Waller area!

The food was excellent. The girl at the register was the best she even gave me a free drink. Definitely try their Singapore noodles with curry. Out of all the Chinese takeout from Waller to Sealy these people actually give you enough food where you’re not left with “I’m still hungry” from getting a ice cream scoop of food.

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had. Spring rolls were dripping in grease, meats were tiny chips of maybe leftover meats, sauces were tasteless. No take home box for us!

Some of the Worst “Chinese” food we have ever had the bad luck to buy. We hoped to try the buffet but learned it’s only offered at lunch. Everything was bland and low quality. The “crab Rangoon” seemed to be just cream cheese fried in won ton wrappers. The soup was flavorless and slimy. The “decor” is like a school lunch room. We noticed there weren’t any other customers, on a Saturday night .. and should have taken that hint. The server lady was pleasant.

We have been staying in Waller since hurricane Beryl. These Google reviews don’t disappoint about Yang’s! Visited around 5pm and there was no one in the dining room. So I admit I was skeptical. I ordered the chicken lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and wonton soup. MY GOODNESS I was super happy with taste and presentation and portion sizes. Everything was made hot and delicious while I waited and when I made it back to our hotel room the taste did not disappoint. I would and probably will drive from Houston to visit again. So delish!!

Tried Yang’s for the first time last night and will never return. The place was empty and the food was seriously disgusting. I am not sure why people give this place good reviews but it seems to be a trend with bad restaurants in the Hockley area. Trust that jumping 99 into Cypress is far better.

Love here. Their food is good. We came in as a family of four few minutes before the buffet closed. But, they still accommodated us. Set a table up for us and brought all we wanted to our table in medium sized bowls. We could not finish all but they offered to give us Togo without even asking.
I’ll Definitely visit again soon.

What a gem in disguise! Food is absolutely wonderful. We were traveling on a Friday night and worried a bit, being the only guests there, but took a chance and it paid off. (Buffet is lunch only BTW! And they do a brisk take away business)
Hot and Sour Soup is hearty and full of good stuff with a rich full bodied broth.
Egg Drop Soup is rich and creamy with lots of flavor.
Orange Chicken is large chunk chicken, white meat, with a thick, not too sweet, sauce that compliments the flavor of the lightly battered pieces perfectly. I ordered mine spicy and it was perfect, my daughter ordered regular and loved it.
Sweet and Sour Combo was chicken and shrimp, perfectly fried and served with a deep red sauce.
Beef Chungking is a mix of beef, mushrooms and onions in a really nice brown sauce. It’s labeled as spicy on menu but didn’t come across until about half way in when my husband realized the spice crept in slowly, but it was there!
Egg(spring) rolls were very tasty. Not at all greasy and the Rangoon puffs weren’t either.
We all enjoyed our dinner and we dropped a pin for another trip through!
