I want to be honest when I say that I eat a lot of Chinese food. All of the food here is kind of disappointing. I’ve tried it a couple times since moving to Rutland. There’s really not that many food places in town. If you want good Chinese food I’d suggest going out of town

Their crab ragoon is to die for. Their food in general is delicious, but the crab ragoon is a must for me.

The food is always good and make quickly. The people there are super nice and friendly. The place is really clean and has a lot of food to choose from. The portions are really good.

I love going here for food. Have been for years. Can’t think of one thing on their menu that is bad or ‘you can get better somewhere else’. I rate every other places rangoons compared to theirs as I have yet to find better.

It’s amazing that every time you call Yang’s, the food is ready within 10-15 minutes! We’ve never had an order where the bag made it home unopened. With just a few small tables, Yang’s is best for take out. But everything is always egg-foo-yummy!

I ordered in person. This resturant shorted me $30 dollars worth of my order. I called to let them know, woman just wanted to argue instead of offering any resolution or compensation. She admitted to punching in chicken wings instead of chicken teriyaki, and they didn’t give me my dragon n Phoenix but charged me. After 5+ minutes of listening to her argue and not offer any solution/my food I paid for!! I said nevermind I won’t be back. This resturant will charge you for your food but they don’t give you all of the food and mess up the orders.

Every once in a while… you’re given the opportunity of a lifetime. Will you eat here, or will you not? Well, this is it; that opportunity of a lifetime you’ve been waiting for. Yang’s Kitchen will surely change your life.

You could pass this place up for another restaurant in the area. It definitely won’t be as memorable or exciting, and I’m sure it’ll leave you wondering what you missed out on by skipping on Yang’s Kitchen.

As Michael Scott once said, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Eat at Yang’s Kitchen and be happy.

The food was really really good, but was unaware that none of the plates come with rice. The only downfall to that was having to drive home, realizing there was no rice, then having to wait 25 mins to cook the rice and reheat the food. Will visit again, but will ensure to order a side of rice.

This was not good Chinese food… called our order in at 11:40 am…. food was old and stale obviously not fresh for being so early in the morning. Crab rangoon had virtually zero crab in it, was just deep fried cream cheese… sweet and sour chicken had pieces that were so over cooked you couldn’t bite them and others that were still pink and raw. Lo mein vegetables were old and mushy….fried rice actually tasted like rice-a-roni …. we tried this place on a whim and regretted every moment…

For starters, it is Americanize Chinese takeout. The flavors are not going to blow your taste buds away, the menu does not contain the finest ingredients, and you would (hopefully) never eat in the small tables that are provided. That said:

Pros:
Crab Rangoons – Really good and the portion sizes are GREAT!
Lo Mein – I actually found this to be the best of any takeout chinese restaurant I have ever eaten from.
Peking Raviolis – Very good
Portion Sizes – really good for the price overall
Speed – they are really fast preparing your order

Cons:
– some of the entrees do lack flavor.
– Rice was dry on 2 of the many occasions I ate here.

I would just get the usual if I were to eat here. Peking Ravs, Crab Rangoons, Fried Rice, Lo and Chow Mein, maybe some scallion pancakes, spring rolls/egg rolls, and maybe* pork spare ribs. Everything else is just fine.
