So I went today and I usually order tacos de cabeza but I decided to get asada tacos today because my husband likes it and he ordered a green wet burrito but we received ground beef instead of asada and it was pretty dry for me my husband does like his burrito though it wasnT bad their food is still good just wish we had been notified of the change though. This used to be our favorite taco truck, but the quality has gone downhill. They had amazing nachos and burritos not too long ago, but these last few times we’ve gone, the nachos were missing ingredients, the burritos were made with GROUND beef and chicken. What happened to the carne asada I ordered? Because ground beef is not carne asada. Same goes for the chicken. I honestly was surprised to get home and see that my meals have been reduced to ground meat, rather than steak or shredded chicken, and lacking ingredients and even flavor since ground meat doesn’t exactly hold flavor.
It was nice while it lasted. I’m disappointed to spend $50 and not get what’s expected and what we used to get. At least mention it on your menu so people know what they’re getting.
This was my last visit. The inflation excuse can only go so far. I understand needing to substitute some ingredients occasionally, but not the main ingredients, and not without notifying customers and continuing to charge the same prices. The ground meat was the last straw.

We went there for tacos with expectations and unfortunately they were not met. The wait was long and were the only ones waiting for food. The pastor and asada lacked flavor tacos seemed kind of dry. Best ones were the tripa tacos and cabesa tacos. Don’t think we will be back.
