Absolutely delicious. Portions are so generous and everything is presented so prettily. Great fish quality and service. Atmosphere is softer yellow lighting and its cozy with dark wood, love it so much. Definitely try them out

This is one of my favorite spots for sushi in South Austin. I used to come a lot for lunch but then I started working further away so now I probably come once every 2 months. It’s been a while since I came here this time. I was greeted promptly. They always remember what I drink. Laura, my server came up and she remembered me, how sweet is that. She then brought me the Mexican roll which I had ordered. It’s one of my favorites. She had the kitchen make it all fancy for me. I felt so special. Highly recommend this place. Their sushi is fresh and delicious and their service is amazing.

Great service, well designed location. Easy to get to off Mopac. I really enjoy their sushi. The portions are larger than other sushi places I’ve been to, which is a plus. This is their combo lunch special with an added chutoro sushi on the side.

BIG PORTIONS. GOOD QUALITY. REASONABLE PRICES. LOLLIPOPS ON THE WAY OUT. I had this through Uber eats and hated it (bad decision on my part it’s sushi) but was convinced to try it in person. I did and it’s one of my favorites now. They aren’t stingy with the food and it’s delicious. On top of the delicious food, they had a bowl of dum dum lollipops on the way out I grabbed one.

My wife and I went to Yanagi randomly for a quick sushi fix. We went around 5pm on a Saturday and we’re quickly seated. The service was not very good. We were hurried along to a random table and 2 menus were slightly thrown onto the table.

Really good food, reasonably priced. The vegetable udon was delicious, with a nice broth, and the sushi combo was nice. I liked the chefs choice of sushi, you get to try a bit of everything since we don’t know much about sushi.

First time here (based on reviews read and friends suggesting it). The FOOD is incredible! I grew up in Japan and this food is better than what I remember as a kid! So MUCH food and SO fresh! Great price and the “happy hour” (sushi) from 4-6pm is GREAT (we just made it in before 6pm). The staff is ALSO very attentive, quick and wonderfully nice! We had the Yakisoba (regular and Udon version), rice bowl (meat/veggies) and spicy ramen bowl and of course sushi (various) from the happy hour menu (SO good!). We are now going to be “regulars” to this place! We had such a great time!

My wife and I really enjoyed the Diablo, Fire Cracker, Red Dragon, and the Spicy Tataki rolls! All were delicious and fresh! The Diablo definitely had that great mix especially with those scallops! At another table, we saw the Hawaiian Volcano roll actually lit up and looks great! We definitely coming back again!
