Unfortunately, the ingredients and preparation of most of these items had resulted in them being so nasty that they were inedible and we threw them out. The breakfast sandwich used stale bread was devoid of any flavor and looked like somebody had put it in a pneumatic press; the baja burrito a mixture of overcooked mush, the pilgrim sandwich arrived semi-wet bc of old and slimey lettuce and whatever liquid dressing they decided to drench it in, all of the fruit in the yogurt parfait arrived frozen, the chicken soup broth was ok. Whoever was filling the order also did not include two drinks from the order.
I called the location to share my experience, but there was no manager working that day. Whoever answered their phone sounded intoxicated and their response was basically: “UUUGHHHHHHHH OHHHH NOOO. SORRY. Ughhhh there’s nothing I can do since you ordered it on Grubhub.” Unfortunately, there is no option on Grubhub to receive a refund for bad/gross food that is successfully delivered.
After that, I went online to check out reviews, and it seemed like one of the owners cares about the restaurant serving quality food and leaves their email address, so I emailed them on 11/1 and thus far, as of 11/10, have not received any response. Perhaps, my message was spam filtered? Either way, in conclusion, our experience was one of very poor quality food and poor quality service with no accountability.
Great product, great staff, great experience – 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!
