Dined around 5:30pm. We ordered Tonkotsu Ramen, Takoyaki, Karaagedon and Tori Katsu.
– Karaagedon was too salty.
– Tori Katsu coating was too hard, but I liked the sauce on top.
– Ramen was good
– Takoyaki was good also, although the tako is just a small cut only and some were a but rubbery (overcooked)

Overall, food was okay for the price. Japanese food for less than Php 200 is already a good deal.

Restaurant is along the road so expect the it’s a bit noisy when you dine al fresco. They have indoor dining too.

Their rice meals don’t taste like authentic Japanese food. Parang Pinoy dishes lang din ‘yong lasa, e.

However, the other selections in their menu (such as their okonomiyaki) tasted decent.

WHAT I HAD:

Gyūdon. 7/10
Bakit di mainit? 🙁 Didn’t feel like an authentic Japanese meal. Gingery taste was all over the place, which isn’t pleasant I suppose. Loved the onions, though.

Oyakudon. 4/10
Rice is too hot; halatang kakasaing lang. Akala ko may onions per the product description. Bakit wala noong sinerve sa akin? Didn’t really enjoy eating this.

Bacon Okonomiyaki. 8/10
Has a similar taste with the one in Ippon Yari. Texture and crunchiness is fine. Dinner-worthy indeed. Bacon tastes superb! Nakakabusog siya.

Katsudon. 7/10
This, so far, is their best rice meal. Not a fan of their hot, sticky rice.

California Maki. 7/10
Was all right, but didn’t have that “kick” I was expecting.

Tonkatsu. 8/10
Decent serving size! Love the taste of the sauces.

Tulip Tebasaki. 7/10
Ate this the next day; thought that this might’ve tasted better if consumed fresh.

Yamazaki Kitchen is your go to resto if you want to satisfy your Japanese food cravings! Good service and good place to just simply dine and enjoy your Karage or Japanese curry rice meals or bento meals.

The food tasted really good while not being expensive, I loved the tonkotsu ramen as it adds a slight warmth inside with its spice instead of burning.

The atmosphere was cozy and the service was quite excellent.

They provide you with utensils, water pitcher and glass to your table even if you’re alone.

The only complaint I could think off is that the curry tasted just like curry. Nothing special but I don’t know what I expected from a dish with curry. Kind of weird for me to think it would taste different lol. But it still tasted good.

The picture for the tonkotsu ramen was a different day with a different phone camera for clarification as it’s quality is superior to the other pictures.

Good price and so so good taste. But I think you don’t use okonomiyaki sauce for Tonkatsu and chicken katsu. I recommend to use Tonkatsu sauce or worcetershire sauce.
And mayonnaise is not Taltal sauce na. I recommend changing also
