This is hands down my favorite sushi spot, I come here all the time and it never disappoints. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are beautifully made, and everything comes out fast even when they’re busy. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency.
What keeps us coming back (besides the sushi) is the service. Bonnie and Alyssa are amazing waitresses and so are the others! They’re friendly, attentive, and make the whole experience feel welcoming every time. They remember regulars and genuinely go above and beyond.
If you’re looking for a place with great sushi and even better service, this is it. Definitely a go-to spot for us!

We were surprised at how nice the restaurant looked on the inside when we walked through the door. Very clean and looked very new. We had high hopes for the sushi but it lacked in flavor and had too much sauce drizzled on it. The salmon hibachi was good but the amount of salmon was pretty small. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We came for the sushi and were disappointed so we probably won’t be coming back. Overall the food was good and the restaurant looked nice.

I have been going to this Yamato’s for a handful of years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The food is alway top-notch as well as the service. Bonnie, Lauren, Alyssa and Maddie are all great at what they do and make coming to dine there a part of my weekly routine I always look forward to!

9-29-2022: first time hear (use to live in Indiana where there was one there and missed it for the past 7-years… glad they opened here) menu has a lot of familiar items and some news ones. Our server Jerri, was excellent! I asked her some questions and she recommended the ideal roll for me. Good food, service, and clean. Oh and it someone has a birthday- it’ll scare the life out of ya. They sing and play music louder than any other places. Also, a new store opening in Navarre as well.

My boyfriend and I sat in for lunch today and got a bunch of different items to try and they were all so delicious ! We got the Gyoza, Crab Rangoon, Spicy Kani Salad, some sushi and 2 bento boxes – one teriyaki shrimp the other teriyaki steak, the shrimp and steak were so delicious ! some of the best food i’ve had in a while 🙂 definitely worth a visit! Our server Bonnie was absolutely wonderful as well, very attentive and made sure to space out giving us our food very well and also made sure we always had drinks and whatever else we needed!

This place is an all around great place to eat, definitely amazing for your sushi lovers with plenty of options on the menu. This place could be good for birthdays, graduations, any special event really. It has a really good lunch deal from 11:00 to 3:00 where you can get two racks of sushi for $10. All of their fish is really amazing, including a few other hibachi dishes. They have booths, great for plus size people. And I believe they can modify dishes to be vegetarian. The pricing is considerably reasonable, and they have options for very large portions if wanted. Highly suggest you stop by for a visit, have a good day everyone ☺️
