Nice little spot for delicious food. We got edamame, gyoza, and lobster Rangoon. All the apps were delicious and super hot. We got three rolls, dragon roll, super crawfish roll, and a Cali roll. And we tried a veggi hibachi. All of them were really good at a really good price. You can’t beat the quality food for the price. It’s a nice hidden gem.
Seemed like a family run restaurant. Everyone was friendly, polite, and very quick to meet the needs of the table.
We will definitely be dining here again.

Amazing food. As good as any hibachi restaurant out there. Great prices! Don’t get fooled by the old Pizza Hut exterior, the interior has great Japanese design and is very clean.

I was here for lunch. The habachi chicken had a lot of food, you will get filled for just 8.99. We ordered some rolls and they were pretty good. A nice chunk of fish in each piece. It seems to be a family affair so make sure you support your local small business.

My first time visiting, but everything was pretty good. I did get the Hibachi Chicken dinner, which included the chicken, soup and salad. I did not try any sushi, but definitely will on my next visit.

Placed a to go order online. Realized that it was at the wrong Yamato within 15 seconds of sending the order. I called the restaurant to try and keep them from making the order and request a refund. But I spoke to someone who didn’t speak English very well and I couldn’t make him understand my mistake. After looking back at the website I understand that the it says verify the address before placing a to go order. So that is my fault, but it says for “wasted food”. Which is why me calling within literal seconds of making the order I figured I could prevent them from wasting food. But I was just told repeatedly “no we make it. you come now, you come now!” I just don’t understand how the food was already made, especially when I modified one of the sushi rolls. So you’re telling me you made my sushi roll in 15 seconds. I dunno. I’m in the restaurant business and am usually pretty understanding with this stuff. But this was a pretty awful experience. I know it was partially my fault but the fact that I couldn’t even communicate with someone properly about the situation was pretty frustrating.

People were kind and the food was delicious! My husband and I ordered steak and fried rice, spicy tuna roll, sashimi, and another roll (I forgot the name). Everything was delicious! I don’t think this restaurant has enough recognition, id recommend it.
