The cocktails were great. Food was good. Service was mediocre, but they were really busy so we understood.
Overall great but please do something for those poor fish
Thanks. S. Blackmon
Our server was attentive, and the chef was fantastic — he kept my daughter and the two little boys at the table entertained with jokes and fire tricks. The food was great, especially the steak, which was cooked perfectly. The real standout, though, was the noodles — I don’t know what seasoning or sauce they used, but they were easily the best part of the meal.
Overall, a great place for lunch. Hopefully, in the future, they’ll clean out the pond and add some real koi to match the rest of the atmosphere.
I’ve had some good times in the past at this place but this one was not as good. We can start off with the restrooms being dirty and not well kept at all. Our chef was good but he seemed tired and said that he was working a lot lately.
The hostesses were another thing all together, they were rude and caddy. To me and mine they were polite and nice, but some of their comments about other people, tables, and guests were uncalled for. Your in the customer service industry, not the “im better than you and I dont care if you eat” industry. Maybe if you spent more time caring for customers instead of chasing around your rubber bouncy ball you would be better at your job.
Our waitress was good and very attentive, food was excellent and as always we had lots to take home. The feel of the place was drab, the usual clapping and cheering at having eyebrows singed off was not there. It was very quiet, kind of like eating at a funeral home.
Ill revisit later to see if it improves back to the way it was.
We had always ate at the hibachi side ~ we decided we liked the sushi side better.
The food, as usual, was delish!! I’ve ALWAYS loved that there’s such big big portions that I can have like 3 meals out of one plate.
1000000/10 would recommend! Ask for Journey ~ she’s a blessing for sure!
