Fan-freakin-tastic! Had the sushi dinner with 6 sashimi and a spicy tuna roll and it was amazing, delicious, fresh, delicate, 100% recommend. Haven’t had anything this good since nozawa in LA. Next business trip I will certainly be back!

Overall I think this is a great option for sushi and poke. The quality of the fish is TOP and the rolls are flavourful and fresh. The red dragon, spicy tuna and avocado rolls were great. The avocado and tuna melt in your mouth. My husband had the poke bowl and the tuna was sooo fresh and very simply prepared (just 3 ingredients) which is more authentic than what is served at a lot of other poke places nowadays. It loses a star because the sushi technique could be improved; the rolls were a lot looser and some were completely falling apart which I’m not used to seeing in comparable restaurants at this price point. Our waitress was lovely and multiple other wait staff passed by to make sure we were OK and being served.

This place never disappoint. It’s like one stop eating asian restaurants. I almost tried all the food in the menu and I’m a happy customer. Seafood pancake is good. Bulgogi comes with side dishes and rice. Pork satay appetizer comes with rice and pretty good size. Ambiance is great.

Went for lunch- they have a well priced lunch menu and the place was pretty busy for lunch. We had the salmon teriyaki bento box and the beef golgogi bento box. The dumplings were outstanding and portion sizes are more than enough for lunch. The salmon was great, the beef was a little under-seasoned and overcooked.

On the photos (left to right): Atlantic Roll, steamed shrimp Shumai, and Harumaki (vegetable egg rolls). This restaurant is located on beautiful 2nd Ave, Delray’s art district. Lots of people passing by, nice places to shop and stroll in the evening. The restaurant offers outside dining which makes it even more enjoyable. The combination of flavors and ingredients of this signature roll with a soft spicy kick makes this Atlantic Roll one of the best sushi I’ve ever tried. Will come back for more.

Wow. The best sushi and sashimi I have ever had in Florida. We sat at the sushi bar and got to watch and speak with their Itamae who is a master of his craft. All of the food was prepared and presented in such a beautiful way. The Itamae special Wasabi sauce was incredible. The service was amazing. Every one made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend Yama for sushi and sashimi.
