This place is hidden away in a shopping plaza. Tried it today and was pleasantly surprised. Had the sushi and everything was fresh and tasted good. They also seem to be very popular for takeout. The dining area is a little small, but overall nice place, especially if you come around the lunch special time with deals on sushi. Worth a try

A hidden gem. Absolutely love this place for both dine-in and takeout. Probably the best sushi I’ve had in RI (I’ve tried most of the special rolls and you really can’t go wrong). I order from this restaurant every other weekend and their sushi is always fresh and delicious! My favorite is the Northport roll, Jax roll and sweet potato roll. Love their tuna pizza and tuna, avocado salad. Thai shrimp rice is excellent and the basil chicken wings is finger licking good. Friendly service nice atmosphere.

I don’t usually review places, ever. But I had to make an exception for Yama Fuji 2. Every single time my family orders from here, the food is always absolutely perfect and tastes delicious. Each time, the staff greets us with a friendly smile and I always feel happy walking out of there (we usually order takeout.) I absolutely recommend their outstanding food and I think it is definitely a place everyone should check out!!!!
