Drove through the town on a whim with my girlfriend and we were craving some steak. We saw Y’all’s steakhouse and decided to eat here and boy it didn’t Disappoint. The buttermilk biscuits are so fresh and the Steaks boy oh boy the steaks were amazing. Perfectly cooked and on par with Kansas City steaks. The butter for the grilled shrimp is perfectly paired with the juicy tinder steak. Will definitely be coming back! 5 stars and complements to the loud Italian chef that pushes food out that made our food taste so good.

My wife and I went to the Y’alls in Ruidoso. It was our first time going there. I ordered the chicken fried steak and my wife got a burger. The food was great, my wife said her burger was about the best she’s had in town and my chicken fried steak was super tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, plus the prices are very reasonable. Waitstaff was friendly.

EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE AND FRESH!
My husband had the grilled halibut- so good and I had chicken strips which were hand cut and breaded-
Also so good!
Our glasses got empty a couple times but other than that service was decent as well.

I’m so happy they’ve opened a second location in the Village! Y’all’s has the best steaks and pork chops in town.! They are hand selected, hand cut and cooked to perfection! A very good value and experience. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. I would eat here time and time again. I keep eating it before I snap pics

Every thing was pretty decent up to the point of our steaks served – we ordered 16 oz. Sirloin and an 8 oz. Sirloin
The 16 oz. Was supposed to have been cooked Medium rare and the 8 oz. Medium. They were just backwards !
No seasoning whatsoever very bland steaks. Maybe they forgot or maybe they don’t use seasoning?! Not my kind of steak. We never use A1 sauce on a good tasting steak but we used it on those steaks.

If you’re looking for steakhouse ambiance like you might find in Dallas (where I’m from), you won’t find it here (or maybe nowhere in Ruidoso?), but what you will find here is prompt service and good food.
I had the special today, an 8oz sirloin with grilled shrimp for about $22, and it was all delicious, and an excellent value. Service was great.
I’m here about another week, and I will be back. Probably more than once.
