I recently tried the new restaurant in Ossining, and I have to say I was really impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual night out. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.

The food was delicious — fresh, well-seasoned, and nicely presented. I especially enjoyed The chicken over rice and a gyro. The portions were generous, and the prices felt reasonable for the quality.

It’s always exciting to see new spots opening up in town, and I think this one is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back with friends!

This has become a go-to spot for me. The chicken over rice is fantastic. Quality chicken over an excellent bed of rice all of which is beautifully seasoned. A very warm and comforting meal. The customer service has always been top tier and the owner is a genuine and kind individual. Highly recommend checking them out

I had the chance to try the new restaurant in Ossining, and their chicken burger completely won me over. The bun was soft yet held together perfectly, the chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the toppings added just the right balance of freshness and flavor. It felt like a simple dish taken to the next level.

The presentation was clean and appetizing, and you can tell they really put thought into the details. Honestly, it’s one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had in a while — definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.

Finally, a dedicated falafel spot in Ossining…and it’s fantastic!
As someone who’s been spoiled by Manhattan street vendors, I’ve really missed having access to great halal food nearby. I stopped in yesterday and tried a simple falafel wrap! Delicious! The flavor was spot-on and the toppings were fresh and balanced. I’ll definitely be back to explore the salads and platters. You guys rock!

I tried the chicken over rice at the new restaurant in Ossining, and it was outstanding. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor, while the rice was fluffy and aromatic. Together, they made a comforting yet flavorful dish that felt both hearty and satisfying.

It’s hard to find good halal food outside of NYC, so I was really happy when Yalla Mr. Halal opened. When they first started out the service was a little slow, but that’s pretty normal for a new spot. I’ve been going pretty often since then and they’ve definitely found their rhythm.

It’s not fancy, but the place is kept nice and the seating area is comfortable. The food has that classic NYC halal cart vibe, which I love. The owner is friendly, and I’m glad there’s finally another quick option in town that isn’t just Chinese or pizza.

The food is legit good — I’ve tried the gyros and the over-rice dishes and everything has been delicious. Even my family, who isn’t very adventurous with food, tried it for the first time (they’d never had halal before) and they loved it. Prices are solid, and they’ve got plenty of kid-friendly meals too.

They also have long hours, including breakfast, which is really nice. Overall, I really hope this place sticks around because they’re honestly very good in my opinion.

I came two days in a row because my wife and I enjoyed the food.

The first day we ordered gyros. Hers was chicken, I got the chicken and lamb combo and we shared an order of fries.

Everything was seasoned to perfection, to our surprise so were the fries where other places just add salt these guys use a combination of seasonings.

Today for lunch we tried the chicken and lamb combo over rice and my wife ordered the salad with lamb. We also ordered the fries again.

Personally, I think the gyros are better than the rice platter but that’s just my opinion.

The gentleman at the front was very nice and had the food ready within minutes even though he was working alone!!!

Will definitely be coming back

It doesnt taste bad but theyre kind of skimpy for $13 and dont modify requests even though you told them. I asked for no salad extra rice and the guy said yes. Yet behold.

Tried out the new Halal spot in Ossining, and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is casual—nothing fancy—but perfect for a quick bite or takeout. I ordered to-go and found the food to be excellent.

I had the chicken over rice, which was flavorful and delicious, with sauces that really hit the mark. Even the hot sauce had just the right balance—pleasing without being overpowering. The standout for me, though, were the falafel. They were absolutely amazing—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done. I’ll definitely be coming back just for those!

I also had the chance to speak with one of the owners, Mohamed, who was incredibly friendly and clearly takes pride in his new business. It was refreshing to see his enthusiasm and care in preparing the food.

The menu is pretty diverse, leaning toward fast-food style options—burgers, fries, gyros, fried items, and plenty of different combinations. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying Halal meal at a casual spot, this place is definitely worth a visit.
