Anyone who gives this place anything less than five stars does not understand business. This is a 11/10 star restaurant. Portions are hefty. Yes prices are steep, but do the other reviewers mention this is a beach location? That means high tax dollars and flood/hurricane insurance. If you want cheap sushi and poke go get what you deserve elsewhere. Because this place serves up only high end fish and fresh fruits and veggies. The team is honest and always kind. Again, any of these reviews giving 1 or 2 stars- I wish there was a way to dispute their unfair judgement. 5 stars today, tomorrow, and always. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Yakimono!!!!

Busy but not too busy on a Saturday night. Ordered the Shoyu Ramen and several Poke Bowls plus gyoza and edamame. Service was steady and unobtrusive. Ramen was good, ample noodles and the broth had a smokey flavor. Appetizers were good friends said the poke bowls were good!

Very disappointing. The tartar is not like the pictures, it’s not a decent amount. It’s just looks big because there are A LOT of peppers, fruits and veggies. Plated beautifully but certainly not worth the price.
$5 for teeny tiny cup of miso soup is also absurd.

Very nice. Simple yet comfortable. My food selections were absolutely delicious and the yummy sauce is just too good! The only downfall was no AC, this was the reason for the four stars. Great place though. Check it out.

Ok. I’ve lived in all parts of the Bay area. Pasco to Manatee. Goz and Roli are going to make you one of the absolute best meals you will have while your here, thats if your really into asian cusine, and super fresh, hand picked, delicious, organized sushi. Even your take out will be beautifully organized… recommend the haleakala volcano roll, the authentic phơ, and The Big Ichiban!!

Since when do you serve hard boiled eggs in Ramen vs. the yolky/creamy egg? I paid extra for two additional eggs and those too were hard boiled. The amount of chicken provided was minimal and overcooked. I should have verified my order before I left, but I shouldn’t have to. I also had the spider roll and I did enjoy it much more than the ramen here.
Toyko Ramen on 34th is a great alternative for great Ramen. Their prices are very similar but portion size is better and eggs are cooked as they should be, ajitsuke tamago.

The exterior of this restaurant is so cute, it invited us in to try it. The service is kind and simple. We started with soup, miso and a chicken broth, then had gyoza and a sushi roll then shared a hibachi style teriyaki chicken. The hibachi was just ok, kind of reminded me of mall food. The sushi was great. I thought the prices were reasonable for the portions.
