Delicious food, generous portions, great value. I can see why it’s easily a local favorite for lunch or family dinner. Shrimp with broccoli, and general Tao chicken, sound like Americanize Chinese food but they’re quite tasty and with fresh ingredients.

With “noodles” in its name, one might think they specialize in noodles but that is not the case. It’s a bit of a strange setting, they have Chinese food and sushi. In fact they named them different inside the restaurant, see photos. As for the food, the beef noodle soup was average, we tried the hand pulled noodles. Hard to find this type of noodles and was glad to see they offered it. The stewed beef was tender and portioned decent. The rice noodles was way too salty. I almost wanted to tell the kitchen. Not recommended!

Found this restaurant by chance one day using Uber Eats. The owner John greeted me with a smile and welcome the first day a several since. Frankly, he serves the best General Tso Chicken I have ever had. The chicken meat is lightly fried to order, and the sauce is full of flavor!! I took my Spouse there yesterday for out Anniversary and she ordered the Kung PO Chicken and loved it. I had the Dragon and Phoenix which was 2 meals in one! This restaurant is now a regular stop for me!! I encourage you to do so as well if your in the Princeton area!

I love their food. It’s a popular, local institution in this rapidly changing area. I was worried they would not survive covid19 and new local competition but they did as l always see the parking lot filled with cars. They’re takeout is quick and a breeze. The restaurant has been renovated and the variety and quality of food is always great. Recommended.

All service staff members were super welcoming. Our server Wendy was very attentive. This is a true gem of a restaurant in Central Jersey. You definitely don’t need to drive to NYC for the tase of a good bowl of hand pulled noodles. My Wife and I both ordered the Bieng Bieng Noodles and Shrimp Cucumber Sushi. All the dishes had been prepared with great care and flavor. We will definitely be back.

Came here for dinner with my parents. We really enjoyed our meal. We got into a pretty long conversation and never felt rushed. I also appreciate that either the owner or the manager asked us how everything was on our way out of the restaurant. The noodles and duck sauce offered upon arrival were very tasty. Really set the tone for a fun and delicious experience. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great meal!

They have some unusual dishes which are rarely seen at the other Chinese restaurant. Pretty tasty and well cooked. The service is also good. The quantity is also generous. The price is fair. They offer a great range of cuisine from Chinese, Thai, to Japanese… They even offer dim sum. Wow…

We go there often since our friends live in PA and we live in Bridgewater .We meet halfway. We are able to sit and talk The food was American style Chinese,but not cloyingly sweet. Their Black Bean dish was close to what I receive in NY Chinatown.The portions are generous. Many Asian customers order from the Chinese menue

We have been coming here for years. The food is decent, but we found a METAL STAPLE in our noodles. When I called and asked to speak with a manager I was first told he wasn’t there. Only when I started to explain the issue was the phone passed on. The only thing the manager offered was to credit us for the cost of the noodles the next time we go to the restaurant. I told him we likely would never be back so that wasn’t an acceptable resolution. I asked for our entire order of over $80 to be refunded to us and he refused. I thought that was unacceptable.
