They have booths as well as tables of all sizes. The restaurant is large an have an excellent menu with so many options. We never once had a meal that wasn’t extremely delicious! We also occasionally had their take out food which was also wonderful. They always included all the “extra’s” you need for the dishes as soy sauce, duck sauce, hoycin sauce, ect.

Delicious food, generous portions, great value. I can see why it’s easily a local favorite for lunch or family dinner. Shrimp with broccoli, and general Tao chicken, sound like Americanize Chinese food but they’re quite tasty and with fresh ingredients.

With “noodles” in its name, one might think they specialize in noodles but that is not the case. It’s a bit of a strange setting, they have Chinese food and sushi. In fact they named them different inside the restaurant, see photos. As for the food, the beef noodle soup was average, we tried the hand pulled noodles. Hard to find this type of noodles and was glad to see they offered it. The stewed beef was tender and portioned decent. The rice noodles was way too salty. I almost wanted to tell the kitchen. Not recommended!

“Ya Ya Noodles” is actually a combo of a Chinese restaurant (Ya Ya proper) and “Sushi John” featuring a sushi bar with a dedicated signage. Certainly, sushi not just served at the counter.
The restaurant offers both regular and booth seating options. Based on the drum machine installed in the dining area, a live music is probably available on certain days.
If you have cash at your disposal, bring it to Ya Ya Noodles, for the place gives you a 3.5% discount vs paying with a credit card.
We tried both conventional Chinese cuisine dishes, such as “Lamb in Two Flavors” (lamb and eggplant in garlic sauce, lamb with onion and scallion), and four different varieties of sushi rolls. The food preparation and presentation are very good, all sushi rolls featuring sushi-grade freshest fish. As a matter of fact, we think their sushi is the best in the area (counting not only Skillman but also Princeton, Lawrenceville, Hamilton, etc.)
The service is good and efficient.

All service staff members were super welcoming. Our server Wendy was very attentive. This is a true gem of a restaurant in Central Jersey. You definitely don’t need to drive to NYC for the tase of a good bowl of hand pulled noodles. My Wife and I both ordered the Bieng Bieng Noodles and Shrimp Cucumber Sushi. All the dishes had been prepared with great care and flavor. We will definitely be back.

Good food. We got beef and mango (really tasty), fried rice, beef and broccoli (good as well), and pork lo mein (extremely greasy, kinda disgusting). It was also a little bit pricy. It was good overall, but I wouldn’t come back. The lady on the phone was kinda mean too. Not friendly.

general tsos tofu and broccoli in garlic sauce. Both really good. Like the tofu texture. quick delivery. Chili oil is a plus on top. would order again. Pricier side though- spent almost 40 bucks on two things.

Food here was very average and not at all what I expected in terms of flavor. The service was very good and I thought the tea was a nice touch. However, in terms of food, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for authentic Chinese food.

Found this restaurant by chance one day using Uber Eats. The owner John greeted me with a smile and welcome the first day a several since. Frankly, he serves the best General Tso Chicken I have ever had. The chicken meat is lightly fried to order, and the sauce is full of flavor!! I took my Spouse there yesterday for out Anniversary and she ordered the Kung PO Chicken and loved it. I had the Dragon and Phoenix which was 2 meals in one! This restaurant is now a regular stop for me!! I encourage you to do so as well if your in the Princeton area!
