The food and service at this restaurant are truly outstanding. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The manakeesh was a highlight, so delicious with perfectly thin bread that made it light yet satisfying. One of them came with four different toppings, and the combination of flavors was simply heavenly.
The falafel was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired with a generous amount of fresh vegetables that balanced it beautifully. Every bite felt authentic and full of flavor.
On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both high-quality dishes and warm hospitality, but this restaurant absolutely does.
If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful food with great service, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

BEST MEDITERRANEAN IN LA (technically Glendora…)
Soooo good omg!! Haven’t had food like this since I was in Athens. The meat is such high quality, just incredible. Vegetables are fresh, bread is soft and handmade – zaatar is fantastic. Excellent prices as well – got the three kebab combo plate, the beef Lula amaaaazing. Chicken and beef kebab good as well but that one was a standout.
And the baklava – wow the pistachio is so fresh and flavorful ugh.
Clean dining room and a few seats in a small patio (next to the parking lot) so not super great date vibe or something….but the food is amazing!

This small Mediterranean restaurant is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are genuinely friendly, making you feel right at home. The house-made bread alone is worth the visit—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. Everything we tried was delicious, and you can really taste the care in each dish. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!

I had an amazing experience at Ya Hala Habibi! The food quality and flavor were outstanding from start to finish. I ordered the lamb Lula Kabab plate, and I genuinely loved every single bite, perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor. I also tried the cheese and egg Ajarski, which was warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious.
What truly made the visit special was the service. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and generous, the kind of people who make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Their hospitality added so much warmth to the entire meal.

Stop on my way out to LA, so glad! Husband and wife making incredible Syrian food! Owner had me try a sweet cookie while I was waiting to pick up my order and I got a half pound of those too. He said he moved out to the US just in 2019. Will absolutely stop when in the area.
