Travelling from UK where Halal is widely available, I wasn’t expecting such a marvellous food with great service/hospitality from both the gentlemen serving there. We ordered Tacos, spicy sauces wings, sub cheese, mix rice with sauces and fries. I must say, every single item was super tasty. I would highly recommend Ya Hala to everyone travelling to Albany. You wont get disappointed. 5 starts for sure.

This place deserves three Michelin stars. In a perfect world I would eat here every day of my life. I’ve been coming here for years. Whenever friends come in from out of town this is the first place I show them. I would lay down my life for the owner. I spend every waking hour thinking about their chicken over rice platter. My life is simply killing time until I can get my grubby mitts on my next order.

10/10 Experience as a whole. I’m visiting from Yonkers. The owner Sal is a phenomenal cook and super kind and welcoming. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I had the Lamb Tacos and Chicken and Lamb over rice. So so Tasty. I highly recommend this hidden gem !!

This spot is the BEST! Food is full of flavor no matter what you get. The meltdown plates and tacos are incredible! The staff is friendly and will to accommodate whatever you want. The desserts are also very good. Price is good too, well worth it for the portion size and quality. Highly recommend!

We stopped by here on the way back to NYC from Vermont. The food definitely exceeded our expectations, but the service is what stood out. The owners were so nice and appreciative to have us at their restaurant. We ordered many different dishes and everyone loved their food. We left so stuffed and happy with the experience. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while passing through. They were really nice and helped me decide what to get from the menu. I was recommended their chicken tacos and I’m so glad I got to try them! Absolutely delicious food and reasonable prices which is a plus. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping by. The food was so good I ended up ordering more to take along my road trip.

Amazing food and service. The chicken Shwarma and tacos (i had lamb and chicken) were fantastic. We shared 2 entrees and they made a 4th taco and split the plates so we each had our own plate which was easier (and mine with onions and his without them!). So friendly. Loved my visit here. And I’m a total foodie. Good stuff – and he offered anything we wanted even if not on the menu. Highly recommend.

Freaking Amazing, I always order but I feel the love they put in when making my orders . My BBQ Mushroom Burgers were BOMB! so delish and their wings are super crispy and Fresh. These people know how to make your day. Hands down one of the best halal spots in town. May god bless the people who work here, wishing them nothing but success this is how u run a restraunt.

I drove over 3+ hours from Boston, MA to get to Ya Halal in Albany, New York. This restaurant seriously has the best Tacos in all of North America. My current list for best Tacos is
