Hands down the best authentic Sichuan Chinese food I’ve ever had in the Washington Metro area and possibly the country. I first tried the Chongqing style noodle bowl w/beef and it was incredibly delicious and generous portion size. I’ve been in the US since childhood and this is the first restaurant to serve handmade authentic style “Alkaline” Xiao Mian noodles! The cook makes the noodles fresh each day and you can taste the difference. I’ve yet to find another restaurant in the US that does this!
I was so blown away by the Noodle bowl that I ended ordering 5 other dishes! Everything from the Homemade twice cooked pork, Lotus root / spicy pork ribs, Shredded pork, wontons were the best authentic Sichuan Chinese food I’ve had in my decades in the states. Did I mention the noodle bowls?
Highly recommend this additive true gem!

I’m not the biggest fan of ChongQing noodles but came for a try. Some dishes are spicier than the others. Would recommend the wontons and the lotus root.
The chicken noodles were way too spicy for me to handle.

My hidden spot Chinese cuisine, fried lamb skewers, salt and pepper squid, wonton soup and fried green beans are my favorites.
Service was just okay; you scan the QR code to order from your phone.

The reason that I gave a 2 star was because the service is really really bad. The waitress literally scolded at my fiancee that: Can you move?? Whoa! It blew my mind. I usually love chinese food and their friendly attitude. But that woman, it’s something i wouldn’t want to tolerate again. The food is quite decent. I would give the food alone 3.8 star. But the attitude made me feel like i wouldn’t want to return. Anyway, I was being too nice still gave her a 18% tip. Nowadays seems like when you swipe your card, automatically showed you the lowest amount is 18%…. Such unfair for us customers, especially there was no service involved and some even were rude, like hers. She seemed unpleasant the entire time, not only to us, but also to everyone else, not sure if she was the boss or what. She did serve every table foods and also takes care of checks.

I found a small noodle place in West Falls Church called Y Noodles. Most of the customers are Asian, with a few foreigners like Americans. The taste is unbelievable! The people are nice, and the place is small and cozy, like eating at home. The staff are a bit shy, but it’s clean and the food is delicious. I’d love to come back and try more dishes.

We went here for dinner last night and it was amazing. This place has very authentic Chinese food. My roommate is from China and she loved every dish. I highly recommend this experience.

This authentic Chinese restaurant serves up unique and tasty dishes far more unique than what you would get from a typical Chinese restaurant. Ordering food is easy with the QR code. Expect the flavor range to be anywhere from savory to sour to spicy. They serve main plates in family-style portions, so bring a group with you to share. The spice level on some dishes might be a bit too much for some. Definitely try the steamed buns; they serve them warm and fresh.

the food was so numbly addicting. do not underestimate the spice at this establishment. my family and i are huge spicy food enthusiasts and the food had our taste buds numb and had us sweating by the end of the meal, in the best way possible. highly recommend the wontons in chili oil, spicy beef noodle soup, lotus root side dish, the pork skewers.
the restaurant is order via QR code and on your phone. the white lights they use in the restaurant kinda made it feel like i was in a lab or medical office since it was so bright. every single table was filled up on the Friday evening with families waiting to be seated.

Great authentic Chongqing Noodles. Space is a little tight but people are trying to get in here with purpose. We had a good experience with the ordering process and the timeliness of the food arriving to the table. Nothing fancy about this place for sure, just really good food and that’s why we came.
