Could not have been more disappointed with my take out order. Growing up in the area, the Yknot was always my go to place for wings. After moving away years ago I would always crave the wings.

I ordered wings, pizza and fries for a takeout order.

It was no where near what I remember. It’s clear that the quality has clearly declined over the years. The wings were rubbery, undercooked, definitely a different style of wing and the “hot honey”sauce was bland. The fries and pizza were cold even though I picked them up earlier than the gentleman who took the order said they would be ready.
I will not be ordering again anytime soon. Hopefully it was a bad night in the kitchen which I understand but I really don’t think that was the case. A big bummer to the say the least.

Got takeout a few nights ago. We ordered 2 orders of wings and a burger with fries. The girl on the phone specifically asked if we wanted to replace the chips with fries and we said yes. Got our order and no fries, but they still charged us for the fries. Both orders of wings were ice cold and tasted like they were sitting out for hours. The burger was cold and dried out. Very disappointing for overpriced, unappetizing food and not even the correct order.

We had a great experience. Staff was very nice and the new chef came out to ask us how we liked the food. Food was really good as were the drinks. We’ll be back!

We got take out from there today, mild wings and pizza. The wings were soggy and not cooked. We get take out wings a lot. It wasn’t because they sat in the container. They were disgusting. The pizza was also barely cooked parts of the crust were chewy and the quality was so poor. Never again. I never leave reviews but we paid $45 for garbage.

Best example good food off the beaten path. It’s been around a while for a reason. Wings are better than most and are some of the best in the region. Even the simple menu items have flair.

Eat here if you can. The dining room has character for certain, so come knowing the food is great.

Would give 0 if possible.
Debatable which is colder – the food or the waitstaff.
One & done with this place.
Boneless wings were overcooked & disgusting.

I consider myself a regular there for wing night. At least 2x month for over a decade. Always had a good time, great wings, and good service. The last time I went with my family it was super crowded with no tables. The waitress said i could not takeout wings at wing night price even though there was no place to sit. I can’t stand around in a bar with children. It looked like she was happy not to take my order. Very rude. Didn’t offer to find a seat for my wife and children. Not cutting a break for a local is bad business. The owner should be appalled. They lost a reliable customer that night as my wife and I will drive further to the The Mess Hall where the service is always awesome.

Being relatively new to the area, we have gotten take-out here three times. The results have been mixed. Some family members have had the chicken fingers and fries, which they enjoyed. We also ordered wings once, which were just OK, nothing special. This evening I ordered a cheesesteak. It had potential to be good, but it was not what I would call “good”. The steak and cheese were OK, though not seasoned at all. But the roll. The roll. It consisted of what I am certain was the cheapest hot-dog roll they could find. Unacceptable, in my view. Try serving a roll like that in Philly for a “Philly cheesesteak” and you’d likely be run out of town. Step it up, please. Why not?

Walked in after walking to the very back of the property as the door was not marked. When I walked up two flights of stairs passing a disused out door bar, some attractive and happy people had brought a radio and their own beers to play volley ball. Once inside the dark and dingy (being kinder then I could be) bar area. One bar tender was serving about 5 men. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes and was not addressed nor served. I left the bar and had hung out with the volley ball crew. They were really nice and totally get 5 stars. The name is not particularly clever and the feel was dismissive but not unfriendly.
