I ordered 2 burritos one chicken the other steak. The burritos were burnt and soggy! The staff were friendly the restaurant is clean and aesthetically pleasing! I was disappointed! The chocolate chip cookies were good also

I got a burrito here and the recommended one was Suft and Turf with shrimp and steak. It wasn’t good for the $14.25 price plus tax and tip coming to $18. There were not too many shrimps and overall it didn’t have any flavour. Maybe too much beans. Anyways, not recommended.

The machaca taco was delicious and very savory. The vegetarian mushroom taco, however, left me uncertain about my appreciation for mushrooms. I didn’t particularly enjoy the variety chosen as the main protein. As an observation, the chef might consider introducing additional mushroom varieties to the menu to find one that better balances with the taco’s toppings.

I was craving a breakfast burrito and wanted to try a new spot. I’ve been here before but I never tried their breakfast burritos. I’m always greeted with positive energy when I enter this place. The serving portion sizes are large and the food is always tasty. If you can find parking, you definitely want to consider stopping here for breakfast.

Excellent food. I had a Chile Verde burrito, a flour quesadilla, chips & guacamole, and a salad. All the ingredients were very flavorful and obviously fresh and high quality. I also had a strawberry aqua fresca that was especially tasty. All of the staff at Xolo were very friendly and accommodating. I had been wanting to come here for years and now I very much regret not making the effort sooner… But, now I know for myself how good it is and I look forward to many more visits in the future.
Parking can be tricky and definitely do not leave anything of value in your car, at least not visible.

This place was great! June 2021 and indoor dining is open. I ordered the surf and turf burrito. My girl ordered shrimp tacos. I love the decor and the taste of the food here. Shrimp here is really good! They sell Little Giant Ice Cream too. I’d come back again.

They got a nice outside area but thats really it. The girl that took our orders was rude and had no type of customer service. Looked like she didnt want to be there. Food was very mid at best. Asada taco was ok. Fish taco was terrible. Had no flavor, no crisp, just soggy. The sauce on the fish taco was good but everything else was not. Dont recommend this place.

Best vegetarian tacos around. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The people are great and the restaurant has tons of seating, including a small outdoor area out back. The portions are generous and I love coming here alone and with my friends as well!

Travelled from Sydney. First time in Oakland. Found this humble but charming shop, especially the little courtyard at the back. Mexican food is the best here!
