Food was great. I took my boys and grandson out to eat there. Food was great. Big big portions.
The atmosphere kind of dingy but dark. I mean I know how that’s how that place is and I don’t expect them to be remodeling but we were in my cut of the little back room which is fine.

We ordered the Milanesa and a few other items. The quality was sub par and the Milanesa was luke warm, batter was soggy and the meat was tough. The rice and beans were bland.
The servers were nice though and attentive. The atmosphere was “ok”, nothing great which was a big let down aside from the food being a huge let down.
When we addressed the food issues to the manager, he quickly became offensive and made us very uncomfortable in front of other customers.
I’ve worked in the restaurant and retail industry from management to consultant. You never ever argue with the customer, especially in front of other customers, it made everyone feel uneasy.
I and my wife will never ever go back.
We went to another restaurant and we had a way better experience with better quality food and service.

What a great place! Came in about an hour before closing which can be obnoxious i know. This has become my fiancee’s favorite place and we were celebrating her birthday. Service was great! The staff was friendly and ready to serve! Food was ready so fast and absolutely delicious and the price is so reasonable for what you get! We are a repeat customers for years to come. Thank you for making this a great experience for the most special person in my life! We appreciate you!

Extremely Disappointing Experience After 15 Years
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years, but this recent visit was by far the worst. I ordered a super burrito and my brother ordered the super nachos. My burrito was mostly beans with barely any meat, and the rice was undercooked. My brother’s nachos were drenched in grease, making the chips soggy and unappetizing. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were dismissive and rude. Instead of correcting the issue, they still charged me for the full order. After all these years of loyalty, I’m incredibly disappointed with both the food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I was invited to Xochimilco from a friend. I drove 40 minutes excited. I haven’t been here in 10 years. Well, the food was horrible. The rice was hard and clumpy, refried beans clumped and like can beans? Nothing fresh here. It was like me using lipton rice and canned beans. Chips were greasy and tasted like bad oil. Waste of time. Im tired of getting screwed over and try something else. Waiter was nice.

Was my wife and I first time at this establishment and I have to say we really enjoyed our first visit. The staff was very nice and got us seated right away. The food / drinks came out quickly as well. The drinks were good and flavorful. The food was solid as well. I highly recommend the beef and chicken combo for the fajitas, man was it packed with flavor! Our waiter was prompt and respectful and brought us everything we needed but also gave us our space while eating which we appreciated. Everything was fairly priced as well and very inexpensive for what you get. Overall was a great experience and ill recommend this spot to my family and friends.
