This place used to be great! Now it sucks. I ordered two chicken bowls with cheese etc for delivery. Both bowls did not come with any cheese and very little chicken. It appears they don’t care about delivery orders since they don’t have to deal with the customer face to face. Not to mention it took over an hour and twenty minutes for it to be prepared for the Uber driver. Lost a customer forever.

So I decided to give Google explore a chance and came across Xochimex. The reviews looked good and the pictures were amazing. So I brought my wife here last Sunday and I was impressed. The three staff members were very nice and the young man was very helpful with the menu. I got a burrito and my wife got a rice bowl. It was the biggest burrito I ever ate. We got a combo which came with a drink chips and cookies. I had a very good experience. The prices were not bad compared to the portion. It was very slow at the time which I figured cause it was Sunday. Will definitely return.

What we liked: Good sized portions and tortillas made fresh from dough right in front of you. Plenty of items and sauces. Good price for beer. I did not like the fact that the grill does not get cleaned/scraped between orders which left a black, crusty residue on meats. They forgot to add beef to one order, so they did not charge for it but still irritating. The toppings do not get heated after being added to burrito so overall it was cold. All in all,it is probably an experience which can be skipped.

This place is great! Had a wheat quesadilla with spinach, jalapeños, and chipotle sauce. Delicious! Even the tomato salsa is amazing with a somewhat sweet flavor. Tortilla chips are nice and crisp. Tasty and filling!

Most of the spinach and green mix were rotten already. When this place first opened it was amazing!! Now it’s very dead with no music and bad food. If nothing changes this place will close down. Very sad. This not the first time the food has been rotten.

There was so much sauce it was not edible.
You would think a soft taco out for delivery would have the sauces on the side, but apparently xochimex think this should only be done if you add it to the comment section.
When I asked for a replacement they said that “it would be a waste of their resources to make me a new one.”
When I asked for a refund they told me to “call uber eats.”
FYI uber eats doesn’t give refunds.
So I’m out of $40 and my dinner. This place sucks.
