XO has EXCELLENT burgers. We had the Classic, Farmhouse and Chicken sandwich. All of them were tasty.
Our server was very nice.
The atmosphere I’d definitely “sports bar”
BUT, the MUSIC was teenie bopper, not sports bar. The music was 100% teen driven with Katie Perry, Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor. It is VERY LOUD and doesn’t match a sports bar vibe. I’m VERY CURIOUS why that decision was made

Poor food, poor service. Attempted to order fish tacos (which were on the menu), but wasn’t able to find out if they were fried, grilled, or blackened. Ended up ordering a burger which came out lukewarm, and sitting in its own greasy, soggy bun – it had clearly been sitting there a while.
My wife made the mistake of ordering fried chicken on her Cesar salad. The “chicken” was either not cooked, or something else.
The manager did offer to try and do something, but I didn’t want to risk something else.
The good news is that I only had to ask for refills on my water twice.

I’ve been here three times now. The first time was great. The second was terrible, so terrible. The third time was fine. The food is actually pretty good and the space is ok, a small bar with seats and lots of big TV screens, but the service is rough.
Sometimes it seems like they are trying and can’t get it together. Other times no one is putting in any effort. I know they cater to resort visitors who aren’t in a hurry, but when you sit there for long periods of time with no food and no drinks it’s hard to relax. When you ask for your check and it takes ten minutes to get it, that’s pretty pathetic.
So many better places to eat on the island.

We ate here while staying at the Omni. I had the blue crab on the fried green tomatoes as my meal. It was huge portion and very good! My husband enjoyed the pork belly and my son loved the Mac and cheese. We also had a few drinks that were good. $15 per cocktail was a bit pricey to me for standard and not specialty cocktails.

Service was next level. They noticed I was semi hungover and recommended a drink that massively helped my stomach.
Both the bartenders were extremely polite and made suggestions to help make the meal better. Spoke to the manager and she was extremely professional and that resulted in a nice tip for them.

I came here to write my review after having a wonderful experience the other night, and was shocked to see such poor reviews. It does seem that a lot of them are from quite some time ago so maybe the overall experience has gotten better.
We absolutely loved the buffalo cauliflower and the burger. Both tasted very fresh and had a ton of flavor. The drinks were good and I was actually pleasantly surprised with the bill after spending 4 hours lounging and watching the 49ers game.
The best part was the lounge area with the comfy chairs where you could hear the game. We were lucky in that the group using the space before us was watching a game that would end right in time for us to watch our game. The bartenders were so kind and promised to go switch it over for us as soon as the other group left, and they did.
We had quick service and they literally checked to see if we needed anything every 10 minutes or so for the 4 hours we were there.

Salad was fine. The servers were terrible. They brought our food and deserts at the same time. The desert had an ice cream on top. And they blamed us for ordering it too fast… after we asked to take the desert back and bring it when we are ready they did do it, so 2 starts instead of one.

I got the Caesar salad topped with shrimp 2 out of the 3 nights that I stayed at the resort. Those were the biggest shrimp I have seen in a long time. Salad was delicious both times. Atmosphere was nice. I drank a few Peach Palmers both visits. Tasted very good as well. I had the most amazing bartenders. One night it was Amy; amazing person & service. Two of the nights, Matt (Mateo) was my bartender; amazing person & amazing service as well. Please thank them both again for me for making my visit so pleasant. I recommend giving this place a try.

Food was great. Ordered the pimento beer cheese dip w/fried pita chips for the app. A burger and the Rachel for main course. The service however was not as good. It took forever to get food and drinks. Also, saw at least three different tables seat themselves and wait for service so long they got up and left without getting any service at all. Sad times. This seems like a good place to eat and hangout. Please get better service.
