I’ve been coming here since I was little, and it has always been such a welcoming place. The staff are consistently kind, friendly, and make you feel right at home every time you visit. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their food.
Their house special fried rice is absolutely my favorite — I’ve tried it in many places, and nothing else compares. It’s always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. This spot holds a lot of great memories for me, and I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

After 20 years of dining here, I can confidently say that Panda Palace is the best Chinese restaurant in Whatcom County—hands down. In fact, it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, anywhere.
The lunch portions are a great value, and the dinner combos are incredibly generous—plenty to leave you full and still have leftovers for later.
Every dish is served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the General Tso’s chicken or the fried rice—both are fantastic.
Most importantly, the staff—Bridgett, Jenny, Jade, and the rest of the team—are truly outstanding. They’re prompt, attentive, and always happy to recommend something you’ll love.
Thinking about eating here? Do it. You won’t regret it!

What is though was gonna be a panda express reject it turns out to be the best food I have ever had. The vegetables were sooo fresh the carrots were perfectly cooked the cucumbers had the perfect amount of skin and were so juicy the teriyaki chicken had so much sauce and the sauce was super good amazingly sweet and tangy the rice was top tear and the soup was soo warm not burning hot or too cold just perfect and there soda felt extra bubbly the place inside was so clean and beautiful the lights where perfect too and the fish are beautiful and the staff are so sweet and beautiful and handsome. Kindest people ever. Never been to a chinese restaurant like this in Washington. Sorry people but Washington has the WORST chinese food ever. Its so bad and so hard to find gems like this. I only lived in bellingham for 8 months so I am so glad I found this place. Lady’s this on your period will make you cry and if your high you will never feel better amd if ypur pregnant you will probably ball your eyes put if your man gives this to you (all of these have happened to me lol)

This restaurant has the best egg drop soup. It reminded me of the soup I used to get from a family run restaurant in Chinatown in Chicago. The steamed dumplings and BBQ pork were also very good.

If you are looking for a really good Pan fried noodles dish, try the House special pan-fried noodles. Very yummy! We also really love the Pu Pu Platter as it has a little bit of everything, kind of like an appetizer sampler. They also have very good egg rolls.

Friendly staff but the orange chicken I got wasn’t very good. It wasn’t sweet or taste like orange at all. Even if the sauce was sweeter and more like orange flavoring, the chicken pieces were pretty soggy from all the sauce. It wasn’t the worst I’ve had, and maybe they gave me the wrong chicken dish. Either way I’ll probably just try somewhere else next time.
