Our son-in-law treated us to dinner at Xiao Long Dumplings on Monday night, and what a wonderful experience, it was my first time trying soup dumplings!

From the moment you walk in, the restaurant is lovely, clean, spacious, and decorated in an adorable dumpling theme that sets a fun tone for the meal.

Our table ordered a variety to share, including the House Special Soup Dumplings, Shrimp Steamed Dumplings, and Steamed Beef Dumplings, all were absolutely delicious. I wasn’t quite prepared for the burst of broth inside the soup dumplings, but now I understand the hype!

We also enjoyed the garlic broccoli, chicken fried rice, and Shanghai-style stir-fried noodles, and everything came out hot, fresh, and very flavorful. Our server, Broks, was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

To finish, we shared the Nutella, Chocolate Banana, Matcha, and and the Steamed Custard dumplings. ALL were very good, but the custard one was my personal favorite; rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending.

This was such a lovely dining experience, and we will definitely plan to return the next time we’re in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Tried the restaurant located near Costco. We were able to get a seat with no wait. It’s a clean fresh looking dining room. The food was very good especially the dumplings. The food could be served a bit hotter, some of the dumplings were luke warm. We did order the crab rangoun and it was a bit disappointing. The service was very good. It wasn’t very authentic Chinese. We would go back again to try other items if in the area. With Chinatown having so many amazing restaurants this would not be my first choice for dumplings.

I genuinely loved this place. Service is fast, efficient, and exactly what it needs to be. It’s not over the top hospitality, but they take care of you properly and everything moves quickly, which honestly made the experience even better. I would go back here over and over again without hesitation.
The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. We ordered the truffle and pork soup dumplings and they were absolutely delicious. The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh and crunchy, and my favorite dish by far was the green beans with pork. I could eat those nonstop. We also tried the shrimp knots, which were amazing, and the calamari, plus a glass of wine to go with everything.
For two people, we spent under $90, ate a lot of food, and everything tasted fresh, clean, and well-prepared. The quality for the price is honestly impressive.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown in Las Vegas. If you’re visiting Vegas, this place is a must. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I already can’t wait to come back to Las Vegas just to eat here again. If you have the chance to go, do it. It’s 100% worth it.

Everything about the xiao long dumplings here was on point — perfectly delicate wrappers, juicy filling, and so much flavor in every bite. But my favorite dish had to be the cucumber salad. Simple, refreshing, and absolutely addictive — the sauce was unreal and honestly amazing on everything. Great food, great balance of flavors, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Fantastic xiao long bao! We tried the crab meat, goose liver paste, and classic pork dumplings. Every single one was excellent. We also ordered the string beans and fried buns, which were just as good. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this place. You really have to try it yourself.

The service and ambiance are noticeably better than most restaurants in this price range. In fact, we finished three trays of soup dumplings before I even remembered to take a photo!

We’ve been here twice. Didn’t realize it. Came here on the recco from Google Maps reviews. Service was good. Super attentive staff. XLB is doughy and salty. String Beans is sweet which is prob catered towards the Western palette but is a miss since it’s not authentic. Dan Dan Mien was good just the right spice level. Calamares, Spring Onion Pancake were OK. Overall the food is middle. Compared to LA it’s a 3 out of 5. Not sure we would return again.

Two of us were in the area and decided to try them out.

We ordered:
cucumber salad (spicy) $6.95
scallion pancake beef roll $10.95
pork xlb $9.95
eggplant in garlic sauce $13.95

Everything seemed a bit off flavor wise.

Cucumber salad was cut weird, not the usual shape, and the sauce was plopped on. Obviously this was just sitting in fridge.

Scallion pancake beef roll was ok, but the pancake outside tasted more like hard dough. No real flavor.

Eggplant was good based on value because it was a large plate, but it was way too sweet. In general most of the sauces super sweet…when this dish should have been more savory.

Parking in the plaza could be dough during peak hours.

Xiao Long Dumplings delivers exactly what you hope for when the name sets the expectation. This is the place to go for well-made xiao long bao and other traditional Chinese dishes that consistently hit the mark.

One of my favorite touches is the classic dim sum tick-sheet ordering system, which makes the experience feel old-school in the best way. It’s easy, efficient, and perfect for building a table full of dishes without overthinking it. The service is good, fast, and genuinely friendly, keeping everything moving smoothly.

The space is open, clean, and comfortable, and the value is hard to beat. Generous portion sizes paired with very reasonable prices make this an easy go-to and an even easier repeat. Reliable, satisfying, and exactly what you want when the dumpling craving kicks in.

I had not been here in over 4 years. Everything continues to be delicious. The service was attentive and they brought out everything quickly, and continued to check up on us. The dan dan noodles were yummy. The cucumbers were a tad unusual – not familiar with the sauce they used – but still yummy.

Xiao Long Dumpling house in Chinatown offers great Chinese food at a fair price.

On a busy Saturday night, the wait staff was surprisingly fast and very quickly brought our various dishes. Customers were a mix of Chinese and non-Chinese. One repeat customer loves the delicious food for its authenticity.

The spicy string beans and the dumplings were fantastic.

The atmosphere is on the noisy side, due to the tile floors and large crowds. While the food and service are great, it’s not really a romantic spot.
