Incredible food and great service. First time dining here. The food was so delicious. We had a variety of appetizers, hibachi, and ramen. All amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

We finally got to try this place. We figured we would order a variety of dishes to give them a fair chance of making something good. We got the choose 3 hibachi. With chicken shrimp and steak. A pair of egg rolls and 6 wontons. You can’t go wrong with wontons they were pretty good. Only China cafes are slightly better. Egg rolls were good like everywhere else. And the hibachi was right on the money. Very tasty. the pink sauce was a tad sweeter than Ichiban. We got this as a carry out order and they didn’t miss any items I ordered and it was being bagged up as I walked in. We will certainly eat here again.

This is a cute little place to dine. It has a variety of Ramen to select from. It also has Hibachi selections. I love the Japanese Ramen with pork. The Crab Ragoons are on point with a nice kick of heat from the jalapeño. Whether you eat solo or with a group this is a nice spot with options for everyone.

I ordered the shrimp fried rice and was really excited to try it. The General Tso’s chicken was tasty and hit the spot, but unfortunately, the shrimp completely ruined the meal for me. Out of the shrimp I got, all four had visible dark veins—what I know as the “poop line” and it was honestly disgusting and made me lose my appetite. I expect better prep and attention to detail from a restaurant serving seafood. It’s disappointing because the rest of the food was good, but the shrimp situation really turned me off.

The food wasn’t good.
Well, the egg rolls and gyoza were good. Hard to message those up.

Ive never ever seen a crab rangoon like this, in my 42 years of living. It was also soggy and didn’t taste goodnor like the crab rangoons ive been ordering everywhere else in the usa for the last 20 something years.

There were weird stringy cartlidge pieces in my pho which my friend said was Tripe. Gross. And it only had one tiny tiny small piece of brisket that had more cartlidge on it than meat, 2 halfs of a meatball, and a small handful of round steak. Barely any meat. Bean sprouts were brown by the time I got home. Maybe 5 very thin slices of onion. No green onion as advertised.

The honey chicken had no flavor whatsoever and the breading was chewy and soggy. No flavor incorporated into the rice or broccoli that accompanied it. Just plain. No seasoning.

Bubble tea was good but only had about 20 boba bubbles in a size large.

The egg rolls were tiny. 3 bites worth.

Ive been eating pho, and authentic asian cuisine for over 20 years while living all over the united states, and never seen anything like this and I’m severely disappointed. Everyone was very nice there. Until I called the next day asking for a refund bc the food was inedible. Everything except the egg rolls and gyoza was not eaten and I expressed I was displeased and would like to get my money back as I spent 60 plus a 5 dollar tip on a to go order. The manager refused a refund, kept talking over me, and said my food was soggy and not good bc I live an hour away. Ive never had any issues bringing home food from jackson and it getting soggy chewy gross. Ever .

I wanted to call and speak to you first about my experience, and not leave a review online bc I know its your livelihood, but I would of been refunded, and you refused it. Thats just bad business and bad manners talking over your customer when they are trying to explain something to you. She also said i should of called sooner, but i called the first moment I could, the very next day. Not even 18 hrs later. And I was polite about it. It was extremely unprofessional behavior

Based on this experience, i would not recommend this place.

I tried this place for the first time and I am certain I am coming back. I ate the hibachi with steak, chicken, and shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection and the pink sauce was incredible. The wontons were amazing. Highly recommend.

I got the Orange Chicken here and it was way better than Panda. My wife had the ramen and she really enjoyed it. First time trying bubble tea, the strawberry was very good. Definitely coming back.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I had to stop in and drop one to support this business. The General Tso’s was impeccable and is one of the first I’ve had in the state that actually had a spice level to it! Food aside, the service was genuinely the best I think I’ve ever had in the Jackson area. Other restaurants need to take notes because this is how you earn repeat customers.

Listen to me: Skip the line at the drive-thru, and forget about cooking at home right now. If you’re hungry, bring your family and your appetite because THIS is the place to go! You get MORE than enough food at a reasonable price (I can assure you that you will need a to-go box.. maybe even two)! The atmosphere is excellent: Employees greet you with a smile when you come in; and the servers actively listen to you to make sure that they get your order correct- and they do a great job about checking back to see if you need anything else! Good music is playing (not too loud), and the restaurant is clean! It might take a few minutes to get your food, but that’s because your food is being cooked with care. Especially if you’re on a budget, this is a great way to have leftovers for later on. I’ll tease you with one photo, but that’s all you get from me because you’ve got to go try this place for yourself! 10/10 would recommend to anybody and to everybody!
