I’ve tried their food several times — sometimes pleasantly surprised, sometimes a bit disappointed. My family really enjoys their Dry Pot Pork Intestine — when cooked properly, it’s super flavorful, with a nice mix of spice, aroma, and crispiness. Lately though, the portion seems smaller, but I can understand that given how prices are going up.
Their Fish-Flavored Eggplant used to be one of my favorites — sweet, tangy, and rich in flavor. But the last time I ordered it, the eggplant pieces were too big and not cut properly, which made the texture less enjoyable. (I stopped ordering it after that.)
Their Roujiamo (Chinese burger) is still really good, and the Stir-Fried Liangpi (cold noodles) is absolutely delicious — loaded with bean sprouts and chili sauce, super addictive and satisfying!

We love coming here for the spicy vegetable hand pulled noodles! They’re made by hand and will adjust the spice level if you don’t like super spicy. The food is always so fresh and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The seating is food court style, so it’s not glamorous or anything but who cares when the food is so good! Recommend getting a little dessert from the Japanese market right there after.

A stall inside of the Jusgo food court that has Xi’an themed foods. I visited this stall specifically for their biang biang noodles, which I found to be too delicate for my liking. I’m used to these noodles, that I’ve even had in China, to be a little more toothsome and not fall apart as easily.
The thinner hand-pulled noodles were fine. The main issue is that all of the dishes I tried here are loaded with vinegar. Typically, the restaurant would let the customer add the vinegar.
This is my #2 spot for noodles in Atlanta.
I’ve tried every dish here at this point, including all of there pickles also.
My favorite item here is actually their mini juicy dumplings. Which you can also buy frozen from the case on the right side of the stall. That way you can make them at home in a non-vinegar based environment.
This location has excellent customer service, from my experience here. I also like their kiosk ordering system to clearly see prices.
We are so lucky to have the Jusgo Food Court for amazing restaurants like this. Not the watered down version in Atlanta.

I wanted to like this place. Got the Xian cumin pulled noodles. Little about it was right. It was neither a dry stir-fry nor a soupy noodle…instead, it was a bland pile of noodles and way too much cabbage and onion fillers sitting in a small pool of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. Utterly unappetizing. Others at the table had similarly bad dishes. The way I’d describe this place is that the folks didn’t really care. Disappointed and will not be returning. Sorry.

Michelin recommended for a reason. We had the lamb cumin superwide hand pulled noodles and the cold skin Tofu. Both were layered with vegetables, spices, and outstanding flavor.
It was a fun experience finding this spot in a supermarket and eating from trays but that just made it better.

Loved the service from the woman at the counter, and this place was so super busy for takeout! The noodles were so chewy, thick, slippery, and fun to eat! I got the numbing dry fried beef on a whim, and it was surprisingly my favorite item (coming from a noodle lover). It was very crispy and not too spicy in my opinion.

damn good food. the staff is super helpful. get the pork bun and lamb bun, they are amazing basic and solid food here. noodles are soooo good.
I’ve traveled all over SE Asia and this is a very authentic experience. walk up tell the lady what sort of experience or tastes you want. “I like spicy cold noodles”, “I want a hot noodle soup, no meat” whatever and you will get a good meal at a very reasonable price.

You’ve read the other reviews, the hand pulled noodles are divine, absolutely loved the spicy cumin lamb one. We also enjoyed the lamb “burger” and shrimp dumplings. The beef noodle soup was too bland for my taste.

I can’t tell the flavor of cold skin. Weird and bitter. The sauce seem had wasabi. I had ate cold skin over long time. The flavor not even closer. First time and really disappointed

this is NOT like xi’an gourmet house in midtown. very unfortunate that we were expecting the same deliciousness. it seemed like the cooking oil was not simmered off enough, the tastes were all just off. xibei lanzhou next door seems to be the better pick
