Food was good for the price. Super authentic cant get any more real than this
Service was super nice, maybe a little hard if you don’t know Chinese (not sure since friends and I knew enough to communicate with the waitress).
Lamb skewers 10/10
Fried dumplings: 10/10
The lamb buns were good a bit dry but good.
The lamb soup noodles were decent, a bit lacking of flavor so I added a ton of chili oil.
The dandanmien was really really good though!

A cozy spot serving flavorful Xi’an dishes. We tried the Biang Biang noodles, sesame noodles, and cumin lamb crepe – the Biang Biang was the clear standout with its perfectly chewy texture and rich flavor, though all dishes were really solid. The space has a warm mom-and-pop feel that adds to the charm.

My friend put me on to this place and he definitely did not miss on this. Very chill vibe inside with one server in the restaurant who was very nice so shoutout to her!
The three of us ordered a flatbread (I believe that is what the english translation was on the menu but correct me if I’m wrong!), one pork, one lamb, and marinated beef. I personally don’t eat pork so I can’t rate that one but the lamb was very tender and diced up with a nice mix of flavor and salt. Unfortunately, the beef was kind of cold but it was still tender and I could taste the flavor!
$20 for 3 very filling flatbreads though… you can’t go wrong. Each were about $6 so I’m very satisfied with my visit and would go again!

Yummy! The cumin lamb buns are top tier and the beef/chicken skewers are quite good.

I have no idea what we ordered, but everything was delicious. The lamb sandwich type thing and the noodles were my favorite! The server was very nice and offered me a fork and other items since I was struggling a bit with chopsticks. I kept using the chopsticks though.

Food was good, but not the greatest in Chinatown. We split the beef skewers, noodles with beef, beef buns, marinated peanuts, fried peanuts, and marinated potato slices. It was noon on a Saturday and they were out of the original noodles we wanted to order, as well as out of banana for the smoothie. And the smoothie didn’t come out until we were fully done with our meal. The food was good, but not great enough to entice me back. The buns were the best part of the meal, be sure to add vinegar! And they make all the buns handmade upon order! The beef dishes all were heavy on cumin flavor so if that is not your favorite spice, this isn’t the place for you.

I got one of their hand stretched noodles for hot and sour sauce bc they were out of their more popular noodle dish but the noodle itself was so fresh and delicious. I did ask for less spice thinking it would be too spicy but I regret that bc the dish was lacking flavor so I have to add a lot of chili oil, making it a bit too oily, but still tasty regardless. I tried their spicy cucumber salad, it was alright. Their lamb skewers were good. I did not really like their dumplings as much. Overall still a great place to eat! The fresh noodles are worth it. Oh and the price is really good for the amount of food!

The lamb skewer was delicious, and so was the hand-stretched noodles with beef in hot & sour sauce. The marinated pork roujiamo was also yummy but the meat was a little dry. On the bright side, the chili oil was a good compliment to the meal and the food got out relatively fast after ordering. Overall, it’s an another hole-in-a-wall restaurant in Chinatown that serves food other than the usual Cantonese food like many other places in the area.

I went to Xi’an Cuisine over the weekend and had their Cumin Lamb Flatbread sandwich. It was delicious and the meat was well-prepared, not underdone nor dry/overcooked. The spice level of the sandwich wasn’t as high as I wanted, so I added chili oil on my own to make it a bit spicier (to suit my own tastes). However, if you’re not a fan of spice then the regular version was mild (to me, anyway).
The restaurant itself is small but very clean and organized. The food service was fast and the staff was very kind.
Their milk bubble tea was also very delicious. Sometimes, bubble tea shops add a lot of sugar to mask the poor taste of their drinks. That wasn’t the case here. The bubble tea here was delicious but not so sweet that it gave me a headache. It also went well with the spice of my Cumin Lamb Flatbread.
Overall, I had a good experience. If you are craving Chinese food with a kick, this is a good place to try.

incredibly tasty food. had a hard time picking because so many menu options looked so good. Their stuffed flatbread are very tasty and very popular, but don’t miss out on the stir fry noodles!
